We stayed for three nights and only had one real complaint, but it became a big inconvenience. The key lock malfunctioned repeatedly over the whole three days. Almost every time we left the room, we needed new keys made, and even the a new key was no guarantee that the door would unlock. The clerk assisted many times, and she had difficulty unlocking the door. The whole mechanism was coming off the door when we arrived on Friday and that wasn't fixed during our stay. Even the maintenance man had trouble unlocking the door with his master key. Every other aspect of the hotel suited our needs.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. There was popcorn, crackers and cheese to snack on in the evening. For price a good hotel CON-Road to hotel had large pot holes. I was on a motorcycle and had to dodge them. Even in a car you would need to dodge. Not sure who is responsible but it needs to be taken care of.

Super friendly! Clean only thing was they didn’t have elevator for second floor rooms. And the first floor rooms you had to go down 5 steps but also had ramp that went to first floor rooms. We are traveling and have lots of luggage to load in and out yhe luggage cart just fit down ramp. But other than that GREAT motel. Great continental breakfast!!!! Would stay again if back thus way.

Paige at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. My room was pretty gross. I had to fix the toilet as soon as I arrived, there were pubic hairs in the tub, the bathroom walls were dirty, and the bed spread was dirty. And there is an enormous pothole at the entrance. Pretty disappointed given the great rating from Expedia.

The front desk lady was really kind. The room was really dusty and seemed to be full of pet dander. Sneezing and coughing ensued. Not sure how the place has an 8.6 for cleanliness to be frank.

The staff was all very cheerful and helpful, especially given the fact we arrived after 11:00 PM. The room was clean. The common areas were in dire need of a good vacuuming; dirt and crumbs all over. That may be due to unthoughtful guests, though, and, despite that, the hotel gave a good impression.

With older properties you never know what you will get. I get that. Overall it was ok but I think the carpet needs a deep clean as there are stains everywhere and dust in the corners. The bathroom is small and the towel rack is right where you're going to smack your head on it. The bed was so-so and the walls and ceilings are thin. Bring earplugs.

The staff here are very welcoming and explain everything in detail. The only thing I didn't like us that the room was not cleaned prior to us. I woke up with someone else's hair in my hand! I have black hair and the one I found was blonde. Not only did they not change the sheets, they did not clean the bathroom because I found more hair on the shower walls and on the floor.

Bathroom tub/shower was old and dirty. I found hair (no mine) on bathroom floor and the tub needed to be scrubbed in the "seam" areas where it's mildewed. Carpet was not vac'd and dust on the furniture was obvious. Bedding was clean and it's very quiet there but hard to find and parking lot needed a lot of work (potholes, etc)

Room in a half basement with a view of truck tires. Asked for a room on a higher floor and they said due to a shortage of cleaning help, they had no other rooms available. Refused to refund any portion of my payment even though I only spent one minute in the room before deciding it was not adequate. All I wanted was a room on a regular ground level or higher floor not a below ground room. Poorly managed.

We weren't there long. Nice quick stay. Rooms are tiny but nicely furnished. Hotel and rooms outdated but clean overall. Managers office and area was open and a mess. May be management office but it's still visible to guest and it was like a hoard.

The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. A great breakfast biscuits and gravy. Where can you go wrong? I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Oh don’t forget the popcorn and cheese and crackers for a night snack that they provide

Sometimes you don’t know what you will get when you purposely book one of the cheapest room available. The room and facilities are nothing to write home about (as expected), but the service staff were phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, down to earth, and eager to help. I got a quiet nights sleep, and caught a 15 fish on the Gray Reef the next morning.

We arrived in town around 1 p.m., we couldn't check in then. I told them we'd be back around 9:30 p.m. They said that was fine. We got a call at 6 p.m. I called them back at 6:03 and no one answered. We went there at 9:30 and they'd cancelled our reservation!! They tried to run our card at 6 and is was declined. I intended to pay with a different card. Why were they running our card before we'd even checked in?? What about the people who don't check in until late? The clerk didn't care one bit that we were trying to find other rooms. 4 of our group went to another hotel. The rest took the 2 rooms that were left. The clerk was no help, she didn't care and was unhelpful. She claimed that she'd answered the phone - my phone records show when I called and that it wasn't answered. Not impressed! Will stay somewhere else the next time we travel to Casper.

There were a few negative circumstances we ran into (e.g., the hallway smelled like smoke, our TV didn't work, there was no iron in the room), but each was met by staff with quick action, an apology, and a smile. The positive, helpful attitude of the staff made all the difference in the world!

I had a hiccup in my reservation and called to make sure that my accommodations were still available. They were unable to confirm my info and referred me to the "corporate 800 number". That number, according to the phone tree, is only used for new reservations. I called the hotel back, he acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I ended up calling all over to make a new reservation elsewhere.

The folks at the front desk were great - very helpful and friendly, and every time I walked past they were cleaning or organizing their work area, helping guests, etc (i.e. they were WORKING) When we settled into the room it appeared there was a dirty spot on the table. It turns out a previous guest had probably overheated a plate and that had warped the finish, but the table (and room) was clean. But we didn't know that at first glance, and when we called the front desk the lady came down immediately to clean it. She worked her behind off, and was very apologetic - even though it really wasn't her fault. I don't care about a blemish on the table surface; I care about good service in a clean hotel. This hotel delivered good service in a clean and quiet hotel where they made my wife and I feel like welcome guests. Well done!

The lobby area, breakfast area, and staff were excellent. The hallways seemed a little rundown, but our room was great. The tub and shower were wonderful. We liked the set-up of the room and we had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, as we had a few changes during our stay. We appreciated the free popcorn in the afternoon, too! The property is a little hard to get into and out of, onto a busy street. And lots of potholes to dodge.

Greeted by a very friendly clerk and made to feel welcome! This place goes above and beyond to provide extra goodies to snack on. For someone who likes to walk, it's a perfect location near the Platte River Trail system. Would stay here again if we venture this way in the future.

I had a great stay at the Super 8 in Casper, Wyoming! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus for convenience.

For a budget hotel it is very nice. The room was clean. You get what you pay for. The one exceptional thing was the hot breakfast. Very nice.

Very functional and adequate place to stay for our days of fishing near Alcova. Continental breakfast was lean but adequate and staff are excellent. Comfortable lobby area that has board games and can serve as a gathering spot. Reasonable price made it just right and we will stay here again for the next fishing trip.

Well-located hotel with a warm welcome and clean rooms. There was a small buffet available in the afternoon and the breakfast was the regular offer of this type of hotel. However, our room was on a lower level, and some pickup trucks were parked with their exhaust pipes just a few inches from our window. The parking area should have painted markings or other signage to prevent vehicles from parking so close to the bedroom windows. The existing markings are not respected.

This property is rather dated and needs some refreshing. The room was cold and running the ac/heater was noisy. The bed is comfortable but the bedding was thin so there wasn't any added warmth. The room was clean but seemed dingy with the dated carpet and paint color. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast items were minimal.

The location is a little out of the way of the interstate. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, very clean, the staff was very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was average too good. They have evening snacks that hit the spot for late travelers. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable and included a nice sized refrigerator and generous freezer space. I would gladly stay there again. Other Super 8’s pale in comparison to this one.
