Great room, clean and great staff the only complaint I have is we were on 2nd floor and there was no elevator and my wife had a very hard time climbing the stairs to the room. But all in all it is a great place tp stay we were very well pleased with everything else. If there had an elevator it would have been perfect for us

Was good for a Super 8. Convienent to town and restaurants . Nice little trail up the mt in the back. Minimal breakfast but good homemade omelets. No washer/ dryer. Limited amenities but cheaper than other places. Good enough when you’re exploring and not staying in room much.

Good place when you spend time exploring outside. Close to everything since it’s a small town. Cereal and omelets, plus muffins adequate to get you started. No pool or washing facilities. Not a place to spend time in. Very good for the traveler and explorer. Loved that it’s dog friendly at no charge. Nice little trail up the mt in back.

Pricing seemed quite high for the quality of the hotel. The desk only had a hard chair which made working while traveling uncomfortable. The bed was quite comfortable though. The hotel allows pets, however the entire hotel smells of old pet urine. The staff were polite as well. The cell service was not great which was a bit of a struggle if you are not able to connect to unsecured WiFi for work.

Stayed one night with a reservation for 2 rooms. One room was fine however the other room was not cleaned well. When returning late to go to sleep realized the bed sheets had a strong pet order and there was dog food in the corner of the bathroom. We had been told hotel was full when we checked in so nothing much to do about it, but we will not select this hotel for future stays.

Room NOT ready at 6 pm arrival. Microwave in room was broken. Hair dryer in room broken and girl at desk said they had no extras to replace it. Only one light in room, no light near bed. Carpet was grimy. There was rust on the ceiling grid and the bath exhaust only made a lot of noise but did not move any air. Girl at desk said it was impossible to get a checkout receipt but after arguing, another employee finally was helpful and got one for me! Breakfast woman would not put out the waffle mix because she did not have any paper plates. Apple juice was only water. Room windows seem to have never been cleaned and could not be locked. We booked for 3 nights and every day when we returned we were locked out and had to make the long trip around the building to re-program the cards to get in. The only thing the girl at the desk could say is "I'm sorry" but did not help with anything. The list just goes on and on. Not anything like I would expect from a Wyndham hotel. I hope Wyndham sees this review and takes their name off this property. Worst place I have ever stayed. Really put a damper on our trip to South Dakota. I recommend to stay far away from this dump hotel.

I initially gave this hotel a bad review however that review was for a different hotel. It has taken me a while to learn how to delete or modify a review on Expedia but I finally got it done, sorry for the confusion. Super 8 in Cody Wyoming is Super Great!!

Staff & manager very friendly. They pay attention to details. We travel w a friend who is handicapped. Her room was set up better than any other hotels on this 8 day trip. (Including Holiday Inn, Marriott etc.) Well thought out. We 3 highly recommend this motel.

Did not clean our room. When I asked the front desk staff she said you had to make a request at time of check in. Who Knew? Breakfast area had only 3 tables. Had to take our food back to our room to eat.

Had family emergency and called back within an hour to cancel. Talked to BOTH expedia and the hotel and both agreed to refund. But then got an email stating hotel wouldn’t! Totally avoid this property.

We arrived very tired after a long day. It was great to have a very clean, comfortable room waiting for us. All staff were friendly and helpful. If the breakfast offerings at a hotel are important to you, you may want to plan something else. But we were happy with cereal and pre-made omelettes ready to be reheated in the microwave.

Property is overpriced. Not to the standards we expect from Super 8. Complementary breakfast was minimalistic and not to expected standard. Valued at half the price we paid.

Room was great. Cody is expensive for accomodation and this was one of the cheaper options. V small breakfast spaces so be prepared to eat in your room

This is a pet friendly hotel which is really important. the place is old but clean. The staff were polite-- no more, no less. The view from the window with the lights in the hill at night makes up for the absence of daytime view but then it does not matter when you can just drive out of town to Yellowstone National park. There were energy bars, oatmeal packs and yogurt as well as fruit cups (unsweetened) that you can grab to take to your room for breakfast. I did not see any warm breakfast stuff but I might have missed the time for eating.
