We have stayed here before and it seems to have declined over the last 2 years. The hot tub was about 6” lower than it should have been. At 6pm on a night when a large youth tournament was in town there were no towels at the pool. We left out room at 11:45am and when we returned at when we returned at 4pm it had not been cleaned and no clean towels left for us. We asked for a toothbrush at the front desk because our child forgot hers and they were out. Due to no room cleaning, we came down for towels at the front desk and they had none. A very kind gentleman from maintenance brought us small hand sized towels. There was a dirty cleaning cloth left in the floor of our room. When we went back to the pool the 2nd morning, there were dirty towels and trash all over the place. It appeared no effort had been made to clean the pool area at all. I was at the front desk to check out and heard the staff offer a free beverage at the bar to each guest each night. I was not offered that benefit. The new carpet does look nice and I see they are replacing beds which is nice. Overall, disappointing and not sure I would come back.

I was very disappointed by the service at this location involving a booking change. I had an emergency and needed to check out a day early, I left the property before check out time and they refused to work with me at all, not only did they refuse to work with me, they were very rude about it. I visit Gillette a few times a year, last time I stayed I needed to leave early for a work reason and had no issues adjusting my booking, the hotel that worked with me was also much nicer, the Arbuckle

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was little. Air conditioning was good. The staff was nice. The lobby was being painted. Finding the room was difficult and no elevator.
