Toilet seat was broken. The wall AC unit was old and didn’t work well. The shower had very poor water pressure and badly in need of updating. Staff at Check in was unfriendly not heloful. No elevator to get to the second floor.

The staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times, but I really wish they would update their fitness room. It works ok, but the equipment is very old, falling apart and just not all that great to use.

The hot tub had a haze of green to it. Looked like it needed to be cleaned. Other than that we really enjoyed everything. The woman at the front desk was outstanding!! When my daughter spilled cereal she was very kind in helping me clean it. Breakfast was perfect! Had something for everyone! We look forward to staying here again next year!

I never know what to expect from a Days Inn. This one is a big winner! Well kept up, very comfortable and great staff. The bed is great! The bathroom is nice. The pool is clean with the right water temperature and the whirlpool was nice.Pol towels were present and staff was so friendly.

Nice room, comfortable bed and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly. There is no elevator, so luggage has to be carried up the stairs if you are not on the first floor. The location is not the best.

We have stayed here before. This is our preferred property when we visit Laramie to go to Snowy Range. Yes, the facility is a bit dated, but it’s always super clean and the staff are excellent. We always enjoy our stay.

The sink was dirty, full of shaved hairs. I went out and asked if someone could clean it and when I came back was told it was just scratches. Went back to my room and saw the sink had mostly been cleaned and I washed the rest. Didn’t appreciate the dishonesty and lack of cleanliness.

The CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed at with absolutely no dust or dirt on the carpets anywhere, even the edges and corners. The bathroom was spotless as well. The whole property was immaculate and the staff was exceptional, professional and extremely friendly and accommodating. Yes this is an older property but the beds were comfortable and the property well maintained. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This property is a bit older but is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had lots of options (great coffee!). Desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. It's also a very convenient location, near I-80 in west Laramie, not too far from shops and restaurants.

The water in the shower never got warm. I tried taking a shower in the evening and again in the morning and the temperature never got above lukewarm. The vent in the restroom was really loud and sounded like it was about to fall from the ceiling, the tiles in the bathroom were loose and rocked back and forth when I stepped on them, I weigh 120lbs.

This hotel is great. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. WiFi was running great. The employees were the best part of it. They treated us with much respect and were always so polite. We’re definitely coming back when we travel through Wyoming again.

Basic maintenance needs were ignored. Sink very slow to drain. Towel rack broken, light fixture had partial cover, one set of lamps didn’t work. Patch in the bathroom not painted. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. In addition, the person checking me in (I think the owner) was amazing. I really felt welcomed and wanted. The hotel itself was dated but every inch was absolutely spotless. However, the lotion dispenser didn't work, the water pressure was awful and the toilet paper, facial tissue and towels were very low quality. For the price I paid (which was considerable) I expected better amenities.

Hotel is older but it’s fine. Nothing fancy but clean. I left an item in my room and asked to see their policy for mailing things since the staff called and wanted my card but couldn’t tell me how much I’d be charged. When I asked to see the information in writing, the staff member got very aggressive and kept interrupting me and yelling at me bc I wouldn’t just provide my credit card information. I wasn’t impressed with staff interactions.

The room was great, but the staff was what made our stay special. Dana, the night clerk, and the lovely couple on days, whose names I didnt get, treated us like family. They greeted us warmly every time they saw us, made sure we were happy and our needs were met. If youre coming to Laramie, this is where you want to stay.

The Days Inn at Laramie was perfec for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet overnight and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included a wide variety of food, including fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage, and more. I would recommend the Days Inn to any traveler.

Everything about the place was courteous, clean and professional. The only thing was the breakfast bar was a little late getting going and they didn’t have take away things like granola bars, etc.

This property is a bit older but is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had lots of options (great coffee!). Desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. It's also a very convenient location, near I-80 in west Laramie, not too far from shops and restaurants.

First off, Laramie is a charming town worth visiting for sure. We are traveling across the country to see our grandkids, so don’t usually stay more than one night somewhere. This place was worth notating for a return night’s stay. It was very clean, the beds were perfect, the breakfast was as promised, but mostly the staff (the front desk manager?) was so attentive, always there, and asking what she can do. I had not a single complaint, only praise.

This is your place if you are hoping for an indoor pool and hot tub after being on the road too long. The staff are aces, the rooms are clean and quiet with abundant towels. But the pool and hot tub are why I picked Days Inn. I like a hot tub in the mornings. I was not disappointed.

The staff upon arrival was kind and very helpful. Our 2 Queen bed room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. This hotel was great.

Dana was very helpful in check-in, and Vicki provided an excellent, delicious breakfast. The room was also clean and comfortable, and easy handicap access as I am a disabled veteran.
