Lights flickering in the room we stayed in, mold growing on the ceiling above the shower, items left in room by previous guest meaning the cleaning crew is not thorough, allergenic pillows, stone hard bed, concerningly loud AC, Bathtub so shallow it wouldn't cover the thighs when trying to soak, but the receptionist was nice.

We booked the Days Inn by Wyndham Laramie specifically because it is marketed as a smoke-free hotel. My wife has a medical condition that makes her very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so a nonsmoking property was a requirement, not a preference. When we checked in, the first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked for a different room. The second room also smelled of smoke. We told the front desk we could not stay because of the smoke and my wife’s condition. They would not refund any of the payment for our four-night reservation. We had to book another hotel the same night and paid for lodging twice. The hallway carpet was heavily stained and also smelled of smoke, with a heavy scent used to try to cover it. That matched what we found in both rooms. A hotel that advertises itself as smoke-free should not put guests in rooms that smell of cigarettes, and it should not keep the full payment when guests have to leave for that reason. We are hopeful the hotel or Wyndham will review this stay and refund the charge. We will not stay here again.

Was quite impressed with this budget hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Brought our dog and it had an access door in the back to come and go which was best for our dog. Lots of parking and close enough to University fun.

I can’t say enough about the staff SO, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom ceiling tiles have holes and water stains.. little unnerving.. (nothing that anyone wants to see anyway😜) Only complaints, food needs to be warmer. Hot tub water smelled like fish tank water 😷. Location is great near Wyotech and the University. We stayed in 224. No elevators so make sure you don’t need one. We will be back for visits and graduation!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was just right. They are still making some improvements to the building so I expected it to be even better than the next time I stay there.
