It had an elevator, but it was broken. Should have amended the notice at the desk saying you would have help with luggage. Better yet, we would have liked to have had that elevator information when you sent our welcome email. We are 86 and 84 and were on the 3rd floor. We packed our luggage in smaller bags so we could carry them. BUT, by using the handrail, we could carry less and had to make several trips. The young man at the desk carried 1 bag up for me, but nobody helped coming down.

Sorry to say this is a pretty worn out place. No elevator so stairs only to second floor if you are not mobile. King bed provides only 3 tiny pillows and the fuse to the bed sconces was out so no lighting. “Breakfast” is cereal, bread for toast and small packaged muffins. Apples but no bananas or waffles. Ice machine also “temporarily out of service” but that sign looked very old…Just needs a lot of updating so be forewarned.

The hotel was ok. Check in took a very long time. It seems the process could be more efficient. Pool was very cold. Pool door stuck at top and was difficult to open. In the morning room key didn't work. Breakfast was cereal, prepackaged mini muffins, toast, coffee, and capri sun, and apples.

The pool was not heated and online it showed a Jacuzzi, but it was covered over. I asked the housekeeper on day out of three to clean my room, she said ok, but never did. Breakfast even for Continental was poor.

Pretty dirty, dirt clumps on the stairs, dirt and hair in the bathroom. Everything smelt old and dusty, bedding had holes in it, stains on chair. The gal that was at the front desk when we arrived was fabulous though. But overall would not recommend if you can avoid it.

Natalie at the front desk was awesome. She went over and above to make our stay as good as she could. She was friendly, caring and had a great attitude. However, the bed in our room was uncomfortable. For some reason the King size need had sheets that were short. We couldn't get them to cover us further than our chest. I'm sorry, my husband is talk. He didn't sleep all night for fighting with the sheets.

A little understaffed so we stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk. The rooms were nice and clean. The “breakfast” should not actually be considered a breakfast, so if that is important to you, go somewhere else.

We understand with limited staffing that full housekeeping service will not be done when staying multiple days, but they didn't even check the room. Garbage not emptied. Towels not changed. Curtain rod broken so couldn't shut out parking lot lights. Also, they would be better off having coffee and juice in the morning instead of having the dismal selections they put out and call Continental breakfast.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. When we went to check in, the clerk took my credit card and ID to start the process. She then got a phone call and spent the next 35 minutes talking to another employee trying to change someone else’s reservation for the NEXT NIGHT. After standing there for 20 minutes, I asked if she could finish up my reservation and deal with the other issue at a later time. There were also two other groups of people waiting to get checked in at this point. She said I was being rude and disrespectful to her for interrupting and that she was going to cancel my reservation (which I was told was non-cancelable and non-refundable since I made it so late that day). She then started YELLING at me about what a rough day she was having and that her job wasn’t worth $10/hour. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused. She then told me to leave and that she was going to call the the police. She did call the cops who showed up quite quickly and were surprised to see how calm the situation actually was. They explained that we needed to leave and offered us some suggestions for other places to stay. We did leave and proceeded to contact the Super 8 corporate office about our issue. I explained what happened and requested both a refund and an apology from the local manager. Corporate issued the refund immediately and said I would hear from the local management within seven days. No big surprise but I never heard a single thing.

The location was perfect for shopping , the golf course, the college, and the fair grounds. It was just off the interstate with easy on and off. The motel was clean and quiet. The staff were perfect, quick check-in, lots of parking, and safe.

The hotel is close to everything, college, shopping center, gas station, intersate, resturants, walmart, not far from fair grounds, and golf course. Great place to stay.

Staff was friendly, and the room was clean. The carpet in the room could use a shampoo though. The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The stay was nice overall. Easy to find and directly across the street from Walmart.

Good basic hotel, good beds, very clean, modest but great value for a night. The breakfast is very minimalist- 2 kinds of cold cereal, some toast, some small pre-packaged pastries. Coffee or orange juice.

Check in was good and staff was friendly when checking in. The morning there was no coffee at the breakfast nook and the milk was warm even though it was in the pitcher that was supposed to have been chilled. The desk clerk was playing on her phone when I asked if there was any coffee available. She just nodded and went to the back and never returned.

I know this is a budget hotel but what a trashy place: broken curtain rods, broken lamp shade, tiny bed pillows, no extra pillows or blanket, paint peeling in bathroom, towel bar coming off wall, dirty tub, dirty bathroom floor, bath vent fan sounded as though it would fall out of ceiling, vanity lights not working, no coffee. Manager Patel should be fired. This is the worst of budget accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. At breakfast, they were “out” of everything.

Only real complaint was the cheap breakfast. No hot options, just cereal and bread. Same at most Super 8 Motels we have stayed at.

A little understaffed so we stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk. The rooms were nice and clean. The “breakfast” should not actually be considered a breakfast, so if that is important to you, go somewhere else.

The hotel was ok. Check in took a very long time. It seems the process could be more efficient. Pool was very cold. Pool door stuck at top and was difficult to open. In the morning room key didn't work. Breakfast was cereal, prepackaged mini muffins, toast, coffee, and capri sun, and apples.

Booked a room for 5 - but not roll away bed available! Had to upgrade to a room with 3 queen beds! Breakfast is not really a breakfast-only cold cereal and yogurt-not even any juice available, only a capri sun. Very disappointed! This is the second time of having a poor experience with Super 8-will not be staying there again.

Our stay was a good one:) The amenities were nice , as described . The staff was friendly, and welcoming. Front desk staff was very helpful too ! Family friendly place . Walmart was close by Overall good customer service, we recommend this for anyone who wants economical and a safe place to stay .

I go to a motel to sleep and the thing i liked about my room was that the AC/heat device ddi not cycle on and off. Some places try to save on energy by installing units that the fan turns off when the compressor turns off. The on-off keeps me awake; this place uses units that have a continuous quiet fan.

It’s right in the middle of everything you could want or need in town as far as shopping or eating go, they are super affordable and they have a pool and a decent “breakfast bar” to choose from in the morning with coffee. Only thing/complaint that is worth a mention is how COLD the water in the pool is!!! We still got in and had fun but it was really really cold!!!!
