Big and clean room. Very helpful and kind staff.. Amazing view from our room. Nice location, just 15 minutes walk to center.I loved the breakfast, good enough to start a energetic day..👍👌

- awful Internet; I had to drag the table close to the door to get wifi signal stronger - there are bath and shower separated, no shower over the bath; the shower cabin is very small in size - no glasses, kettle, any kitchenware there; but there is minibar, - not clear how to use it without glasses - the window is dirty; the room it clean though

This is a nice boutique hotel located not far from Yerevan city center—about a 20 to 30-minute walk to most points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved.
