Our stay was a real mix of great service and some pretty weird infrastructure fails. The location is absolutely excellent, and the airport transfers worked out perfectly. The suites are huge and well-equipped with two TVs and a microwave, though there were no slippers. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities provided were clearly high quality. The staff really saved the day—Camilla at reception was so welcoming, Piter gave amazing local tips, and Alexander at breakfast was the only one who noticed we needed help in the chaos. However, the heating is a joke for a Hilton. There’s no central heat, just a tiny 20cm box heater. When we tried to use the hairdryer and one heater at 10 PM, it blew the fuse. The night staff had no idea how to fix it, so we were in the dark until morning (it was just about finding the fuse and lifting it up, it was outside the room the whole time but they didn't have an operational checklist). Apparently, this is "normal" here, which is funny that a hotel doesn't have an engineering way around the local infrastructure Breakfast has variety but feels hectic; you’ll be hunting for your own coffee unless Alexander sees you. Luckily, they’re very relaxed about the closing time. Great space and location, but be careful what you plug in!
