The Breakfast staff and all restaurant staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Room is much to be desired. Needs updating, curtains are dirty and old. Furniture needs replacement. Entrance of Hotel spectacular. Front desk staff not the most courteous but helpful.

The hotel needs renovation and to freshen up

We found that the carpeting was old, dirty and in need of replacing. This hotel allows pets and carpeting is not a good idea. The furniture need to be updated and windows secured better! There is no business center to use or print from. Staff were excellent especially in the restaurant who accommodated us as we traveled for medical reasons.

El Hotel en general es muy bonito y amplio pero le urge una remodelación. El lobby no tiene aire acondicionado y con el calor de Cali, es inaceptable. Los vidrios panorámicos del ascensor y de la habitación estaban opacos (no sé hace cuánto no los limpian), desde que uno se baja del ascensor al piso de la habitación, huele a humedad. Las alfombras se nota que no las han limpiado nunca desde que las instalaron. Hay una nevera en la habitación pero está oxidada y se ve fea. Las habitaciones son muy buenas y amplias pero las podrían remodelar para aprovechar mejor el espacio, especialmente del baño.
