The hotel itself is very tired and definitely not the star rating you give it. The hotel is lacking investment and management who train newer staff. That said, there are some members of staff who are exceptional and made the stay really enjoyable.

Really like the hotel but very few guest around so would have expected some better service i.e. Time to get room service, out of certain drinks and food which should not happen when in down season. Enjoyed breakfast

The hotel is dated and should not be classified as 3or 4 Star. We had to get service as bath was flooded. Bathroom blues didn’t work. The air on wasn’t very good. In the end we stopped complaining because we realised it’s not the fault of the staff but the hotel management should invest. Very disappointed as when I was a child I used to go there with family and it was the hotel to go to in Ghana.
