Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made a big difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making everything smooth and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew\'s wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom. Proper staff were excellent. Room was huge but it was very old. Had a musty smell, had to open the windows just to breathe.
