Staff sets the standard for attentiveness and anticipation. Hotel is modern, clean and organized. Beach access is invaluable. Pool, splashpad are great for kids. Overall a wonderful property for family vacation. I would return to every restaurant on property without question.

Room way too far from beach, outrageously priced and they tried to upsell us to a closer room for an extra $800/night. I have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and that was probably the worst experience and value given amenities were minimal unless you took out the gold card ! . Every meal for 2 adults and a baby was over $250 , some were even over $400. Food was average in most of the restaurants , Japanese restaurant was better but super expensive. At $2200/night USD /night it was a total waste of money . Do yourself a favour and go to a different hotel on the island !
