Great Hotel ! Everything was great !

We LOVED staying here! Staff were all amazing and friendly. Rooms were spacious and updated. It was quiet and peaceful. So close to everything stores, food, airport. Loved using the amenities at the Westin as well. Everything was clean and well maintained.

It was not clear this was a “motel style” property with all rooms accessed from outside. That is fine but when it is called a hotel you have different expectations. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and nice , especially bath and shower. The AC units are not upgraded and are quite noisy and did not do a good job of taking humidity out of the rooms. They are the old style under-window on the exterior wall style. We had to keep our room very cold (65deg) in order for it to not feel damp and sticky -‘for reference our visit was mid March. I would still come here again, the price for the location and access to Westin amenities is still a great value.

The all new suites are immaculate! I have come here for years but now you have really stepped up your game. Great rooms, great location, and best beach on the island at the sister propertu. The service was incredible. I want to especially commend Ella! She is a model team member with the highest customer service!
