It’s my first time at Transcorp and she certainly lived up to her reputation. The restaurants offer delightful menus and the service is impeccable from front to room door. Regardless of what you need including shopping for a few items or converting currency, there’s probably an outlet in the building. I loved it and would come again.

The hotel is begging for some refurbishment ,especially the gym. The food was ok at the breakfast otherwise by the pool restaurants not very good. The bed was very comfortable and generally the room was quiet . The Hotel is ok but feels like stuck in the 70’s

We had a lovely stay at Transcorp Hilton! Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning kept us cool, and friendly staff. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and the pool was very refreshing after a long day of excursions. The deep end goes to 7ft which was nice to swim in. The bar and restaurant near the pool was lovely to hang out in the evening! We watched futball matches and enjoyed food at the pool side. The food and drinks were good! We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. Great selection of food, and drinks! We also utilized their car airport shuttle to and from hotel! We rented a car for a full day! We felt safe and car service was efficient! We will definitely stay at Transcorp Hilton again!

I stayed 3 nights and going back for more. It’s more like a resort. It’s clean, updated and food at different restaurants was great. Banks and shopping centers. Had complimentary breakfasts for two was a surprise. Trans corp Hilton is family friendly. It was a wonderful stay with holiday decorations.

To date, each night of my stay thus was met unfathomable discomfort and disappointment. In fact, during my stay one night, the entire hotel was evacuated shortly after 3am one morning due to a “false alarm”. The Transcorp Hilton Abuja staff and overnight management team without any further explanation to the guests at after 3am in the wee hours of the morning! We then were sent an unsigned generalized statement slipped under each of our doors as an “apology” around 7am. For tangible examples so that you can further understand my disappointment with this Hilton brand of hotel, my 9 night stay has started off by being placed in a room that I did not reserve for the first night “due to lack of availability to meet my request” per your staff. Secondly, the temporary room that I was placed in had stains and a filthy duvet which is evidence of uncleanliness. That very first night here, after my arrival from a more than 14 hours in flight/transit, it took over one hour for your staff to arrive to the temporary room to remove and replace the duvet! In terms of food quality and food service, I have had to report to your staff at the Bukka restaurant during several different times for breakfast, (as I have also paid to have breakfast included in my lodging), that I have either had dirty cups, cutlery, and/or food that was subpar! Imagine trying to help yourself to fish stew and chewing on fish scales! Each day of my stay was met daily disappointments and blunders by the staff!

Didn't have Internet for four days, everything took forever to come, my key failed daily even when I kept it away from gadgets, service at front desk was borderline rude save for Promise the lovely lady at Guest Services, the check in is probably the coldest and most detached I'd experienced and coming off an 18hr flight - not nice, and seeing as this is the third time since I started noticing and putting up with the decline at this Hilton, it'll be, my last.

The stay was not the best. Here were the following issues that occurred during our stay: 1. We checked in 50 minutes after the check-in time (3:00 p.m.) and we waited nearly 50 minutes until we received a room. This was after we checked with the receptionist multiple times. There was an event we were supposed to attend by 5:00 p.m., and we were late for it. Also the room was subpar compared to what we have had in the past. It was quite outdated. 2. Later in the evening, I ordered food and when it was time to pay, the hotel said that I could not apply it to my room. This was an issue since I had no cash at the moment and the card reader for the credit card did not work. After nearly an hour and a half of trying to pay, the owner eventually mentioned I could pay it the following day. 3. When attending breakfast, we were informed that the meal was not complimentary, so as guests we lost 15 minutes proving to members at the hotel that our meal was complimentary. 4. After checking something from our vehicle, we returned and a security officer harassed us that we were not guests at the hotel.

They forgot to pick me up at the airport. Wheb I finally arrived, I waited 10 mins before someone acknowledged me at the reception. Then they double charged me and then broke my credit card so that it wouldnt work again in any machine. The TVs and wifi are unreliable. There are too many people and they are too busy with other events rather instead of focusing on the hotel guest experience. They tried to solve things with a cheap bottle of wine, but every day there was an issue.

3pm was check in but had to wait for 2hrs till we got to our room. They did give us complementary dinner! We were very thankful for that! This place is beautiful and the staff are all very nice!!! I will return! Oh and the best thing was the beds, was like sleep on a cloud!!!!

The property is nice. I booked on a daily via hotel.com and so got to experience different rooms over 3 nights. However, the check in process was a nightmare. Despite having my booking confirmation, I was treated with suspicion and denied check in on 2 occasions. Upon arrival, I was told that the 3rd party had not processes the payment hence I could not check in. After about 30 mins back and forth I finally checked in. Second night, it was the same story Last night was the worst, I reported at 9 that I had made another reservation. I was told there was no payment. I went back at 1400, still no payment so I was not allowed to check in, again at 1700 same story. It was after the manager intervened that I was allowed to check in at 1830 Something must give

My stay was excellent. This is my third stay at Transcorp. I have an issue, though. When i checked in, the hotel charged my credit card 500 000 for incidentals. When I was checking out, the hotel charged me for my incidentals and still held my deposit that they help,though they promised they would reverse the hold. They have don so yet.

Hotel rooms and facilities are very good, but the attitude of check in staff were rude and unprofessional. After the check in process and collecting money for the whole stay, period we were informed that no rooms available and we have to wait for half an hour, but we needed up waiting for almost two hours.

I was denied my booking. Made me wait 2 hours at the check in counter. Only to be told that the have no rooms. Later found out that they had blocked of rooms for traditional local leaders that came for a conference.

I love staying at the transport Hilton in Abuja. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I am in town. The facilities are excellent, the staff are world class, and there are many options to eat delicious meals on site.
