Comfortable room. Excellent helpful front desk and room service. Complimentary breakfast is the best. Excellent spa services. Hotel needs renovation and exterior painting. Car park plaza is unsightly and needs improvement in its outlook.

Rooms are very outdated, needs updating. Carpets are old and lifting. Breakfast is decent. Gym is ok. Facilities are fine, but lobbies and rooms need uplift. At best a 4* star hotel.

Zum wiederholten Male Shuttle Service zur Abholung am Flughafen hat nicht funktioniert- Ankunft 04:35 und Ankunft am Hotel 6:50. So langsam kommt das Hotel auch in die Jahre… Einrichtung sehr abgenützt und notdürftiges Equipment wie Föhn, etc. Seit 16 Jahren hat sich nichts verändert bisschen Farbe und neue Möbel müssten doch drin sein? Mindestens passende WC - Deckel zur Schüssel ….

Very poor quality of a hotel that used to be iconic. Rooms are in decay, bathrooms in shambles, carpets are totally run off. Room keys don’t work 7/10 times. Food in restaurants was stale. We had 7 rooms booked. And every one had the terrible experience. We will stay in Nishat next time.

So we stayed at pc from 24th to 26th dec and overall had a great stay. The hotel is in some need of updating especially the rooms and bathrooms The check in was quick efficient and friendly. The young man who dealt with me was extremely friendly and helpful and he is the one who resolved an issue I had efficiently and to my satisfaction. Concierge were lovely too The overall feel of the hotel was good The breakfast was varied but I do feel certain elements of it could be improved All in all the stay was good. It was my first time in Lahore so I was a little unsure what was around the hotel as well as places of interest. Some help from guest relations on the area would have been really helpful. There were plenty of restaurants in the hotel but not sure of the quality. Approximately 16£ per person There was an outdoor pool which we did use and it was decent All in all we had an enjoyable stay RH

Problemer med dørlåsene. Måtte stadig ned i resepsjonen og få nye kort. Dette var ikke bare på mitt rom. Andre besøkende fortalte om det samme.

Totally disappointed, poor check in one receptionist managing multiple guests at the same time , no smoking rooms with strong smoke smell , towels with red stains , PC use to be a fine choice but now it’s going down the hill. Disappointed .

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to poor housekeeping and ineffective customer service. Despite repeated requests, my room was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels were folded and left in the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned adequately, and used glasses and cups were repeatedly left in the room. Although I contacted housekeeping several times and was assured the issue would not occur again, no improvement was made. Furthermore, the customer service staff was unresponsive and failed to take my concerns seriously. Many of the issues I raised were ignored, which significantly impacted my overall experience. I had also informed the hotel that I was staying to celebrate my birthday; however, there was no acknowledgment or complimentary gesture. Overall, the service did not meet acceptable hospitality standards, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago it was better than. I was shocked to see the room was smelly carpet worn out same carpet when I visited 23 years ago. In the bathroom the tub/ shower area had mold and fungus. I would rate this property 3*. Only lobby area looked ok.

Night mare, from front desk to everyone. The room was filthy, and suffocating. Bedsheet were dirty. I the bathroom, there was a small tiny half filled small about 10 ml unlabeled bottle probably for shampoo. Towels were smelly, worn out. Hair dryer, and refrigerator were disgusting. I was terrified about the condition of overall. We moved to a different hotel, which was so much better than PC. Advise to everyone is please don’t waste your money. The hotel is not worth staying.

The bathtub had visible stains, the carpets were badly discolored, and the AC did not work for the first two days of my stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money, and I would not return.

Whilst there is a buzz as this hotel is centrally based for Lahore attractions, the rooms and furniture are outdated and need upgrading to bring this hotel back to true 5*. Breakfast is ok, though it takes a while to get your morning tea lol. Highlight was the young friendly, bubbly receptionist Eesha. So, so lovely and helpful, as were the staff in the Exec Lounge.

The hotel is partly very nice, partly in poor condition. My room was unfortunately in the old section and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The front desk staff was not trained properly, I recommend more customer care training. room service and reception service was sleek and room service request response was poor. Internet was very slow and stopped working various time during my stay. I stayed almost 8 days but not satisfied and noticed that this hotel lacks many facilities compare to their competitors, room price and international standards.

Excellent staff location and services

Shockingly terrible. The bed was broken in the first room and rooms smelled like cigarettes. The bathrooms were dirty and outdated. The carpet was extremely dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work. When I went downstairs to order something it never arrived. This is a 1star hotel. Would never stay here. Especially, foreigners should be aware. Nishant might be a better option instead.

They treated us like family, from the management to the doorman. Ms. Mahak had the chefs prepare Khicchree for my daughter when she became ill. Excellent service and delectable cuisine. Staying here is highly recommended.

Mehak at the concierge desk was really helpful with making our stay more comfortable and relaxing.

The main thing that was disappointing was attention to detail...so many things could have been better with a little more effort.. Spoke to the counter staff about my concerns but failed to get any meaningful response. For a hotel of this size and prestige, I expected that an ironing table & iron should have been in the room permanently. When we checked in at 4.30pm, our room was not ready.. No towels in the room...they had to be requested... Many items in breakfast were not labeled correctly, leading to wastage... Room service items were left in the corridor for over 12 hours in front of the room doors..not picked up...

I’ve stayed a few times and I’d normally give 5 stars. But this time round there were some serious errors made. Error 1: We had an undisclosed bill added to our room 552. The amount of 121,621.000 rupees from the beauty salon which we never used. This was investigated and found that the salon took the wrong number and billed it to our room by mistake! Where is the verification when customers use these services?? Error 2: They checked out our room a day early so we were unable to get back in our room for 1 hour. Again completely unacceptable. Error 3: We had booked our taxi ride back to the airport for departure. We booked this a few days in advance using their concierge service and was assured it was booked. After reconfirming a day before our departure they could not see our request??? What kind of cowboy operation you running here!! That concierge reception is a joke! They need to relook at their process for taxi booking. Righting a name on a slip is simply not good enough.

We were also provided complementry breakfast from marco polo and access to executive business lounge access which also had breakfast, snacks, high tea and sweets options. Over all it was a great experience.

Pearl Continental Lahore is a secure and very well Maintained property. It is a short drive from popular shopping, dining and touristy places

I booked a stay at this hotel for my elderly mother and myself. I booked a day earlier as we were arriving from abroad at 7am and would not be able to wait until 3pm for check in. I emailed requesting a shuttle service from the hotel and this is where the problems began. We were led outside the airport and made to wait in the sun for 45 minutes. Apparently we were waiting for other guests, however after much going back and forth, I managed to convince the driver to take us and make additional arrangements for the others. Once we are lives at the hotel, there were no bell boys outside and we were left waiting with 6 bags at the endurance. I started to move the bags myself and then, as if by magic, 2 guys arrived and took or bags. At the main reception we were met with a big smile and the receptionist tried his hardest to make things right by apparently upgrading us. However it would’ve been better if we were put in a room closer to the loft, as my mother was struggling with the walk to the room. Nevertheless, we were adamant that we were going to enjoy our trip and brushed this off. The breakfast hall is chaotic-but this is more of an issue with low calibre guests who lack etiquette and basic manners. However the Nadia cafe has terrible service staff who do not clean tables and left us waiting to order some tea for over 20 minutes. In contrast, the executive lounge (which is complimentary) has some of the best staff I’ve seen in hospitality and made us feel very welcome.

PC standard's are so low, towels with red stains , rooms have old damaged carpets even in executive room , no fruit baskets , reception is a total disaster one receptionist handling 5 out of control guests . Even guests are with such low standards the way they talk , carrying luggage in grocery bags . Room service charged us Rs 1000 for a cup of tea paid 7600 for few cups of tea Totally rip off , avoid PC the new management is not taking care of it , this was my favorite hotel during hashwani senior days now it’s a disappointment. You pay more for better class of rooms they still trick you to smoke smelling rooms even you booked non smoking , lobby is always filled with weird crowd loudly talking to each other , NO CLASS anymore
