:) Det gode på hotellet var morgenmaden. :( Værelset bar præg af slitage, og lugtede af fugt. Aircon var meget støjende. :( Vi have booket 2 værelser, men kunne kun få 1 værelse til tiden. Efter flere henvendelser, og 3 timers venten, fik vi det andet værelse dog med dobbeltseng - selvom vi havde booket 2 enkeltsenge. :( Ved udtjekning havde personalet ikke styr på udestående afregning. :) Rengøringspersonalet på værelserne var meget imødekommende.

Everything about my stay was perfect

The bathtub had visible stains, the carpets were badly discolored, and the AC did not work for the first two days of my stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money, and I would not return.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to poor housekeeping and ineffective customer service. Despite repeated requests, my room was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels were folded and left in the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned adequately, and used glasses and cups were repeatedly left in the room. Although I contacted housekeeping several times and was assured the issue would not occur again, no improvement was made. Furthermore, the customer service staff was unresponsive and failed to take my concerns seriously. Many of the issues I raised were ignored, which significantly impacted my overall experience. I had also informed the hotel that I was staying to celebrate my birthday; however, there was no acknowledgment or complimentary gesture. Overall, the service did not meet acceptable hospitality standards, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
