大規模設備の一環として大きな温泉設備やプールがあり、家族が楽しめる施設として申し分ないと思います。朝ごはんは頂いていませんが、昼の中華料理はリーズナブルでありながら、サービスもきめ細かく楽しめました。対規模施設の維持管理は大変と思いますので関係者の皆様の努力やご苦労に敬意を表したいと思います。宮崎県のフラッグシップホテルとして今後益々のご発展を記念します。

温泉がとてもすばらしい。露天のある温泉が男女とも2か所あります。雨がちの滞在期間でしたが雨の露天風呂が好きなので楽しめました。プールも良かったです。2泊の滞在でしたが子供たちとホテル内で完結デkました。

Wh chose this hotel as it had a pool. When we got to the hotel they informed us that there only was one indoor pool and it was in the club/gym that had an age limit of 15 years old. That meaning our kids could not use it. Other activities were really hard to book, eg. the tennis courts were all booked foe a tournament. The room was very big and nice, however outdated. Buffet was OK . Nice outdoor area where you could grill marshmallows. Nice onsen.

室内プールは夜の利用は、ほぼ貸し切りでゆっくりできました。いくつかあるバーは雰囲気も良く、プールサイドのライトアップも幻想的、温泉もあり、３日滞在しましたがもっと長くいたいくらいおすすめのホテルでした！焚き木でポップコーンやマシュマロをいただいたりコーヒーが飲めるのもいいです。ちょうど年に数回の青島神社へのライトアップへ無料のシャトルバスが出ており、参拝に行くこともできて、色々なアクティビティがあるので、家族や友達と楽しめることが多いと感じました。

Please avoid this hotel if possible, I would like to give 0 star if possible. Very disappointing. It doesn’t feel like you are visiting one of the Japan’s hotel. 1) when I check in to the room, I noticed some blood around the bathtub area. After called room service, they just send someone here to wipe it off with a towel. No apologies or any kind of explanation. 2) the Onsens are far away from the building. Extremely inconvenient in the winter times. The Onsen facilities are dirty and unorganized. I see a family with young kids dip into the water without any pre-clean. No staff around to keep everything clean and organized. 3) no customer service, staff is cold and looks like they don’t even care if you are there or not. They don’t care about your visit. 4) can’t call a taxi for you. When I check out, I asked to call a taxi, they explained to me that they can’t call taxi. All you can do is wait till there is one come in randomly. I waited 30 mins in the cold and windy weather. No taxi came, I ended up with taking bus with 2 huge luggage. The entire visit is way over just disappointed, almost to a level that’s regrettable/horrible. I feel like escaped from Miyazaki. Don’t get me wrong, Miyazaki is a beautiful city with amazing ocean and forests view. Just avoid this hotel then you should be fine. Forget to mention the food is horrible. Half board is definitely a rip off.

友達との旅行で40階のクラブフロアに２泊宿泊させていただきました。クラブフロアのスタッフの応対、食事、1階のレストランの朝食、全て大満足です。あれだけの広いホテルですが、客室はじめ、温泉や廊下、トイレなど共用施設の清掃も行き届いており、清潔に保たれているので、本当に心地よい滞在でした。 1つ難点は、1階のレストランのスタッフがスタッフ同士の私語に夢中で、私のお願いには無視をされ、やっと応じていただいたにも関わらず、状況の報告が無かった点です。もう少しスタッフの教育を強化された方が良いと思いました。

チェックイン時のフロントの対応が最悪でした。宿泊予約の内容をろくに確認せずに適当に回答されていました。こちらも不安になったので『ちゃんと予約を確認してください』と伝えた後に確認をされ、当初案内された内容が誤っていたことが判明しました。『しっかり予約内容を確認してから回答してもらえませんか？』と伝えたところ、何故か『ありがとうございます』と言われました。誤った情報を伝えておいて謝罪が無いのは如何なものなのでしょうか？ハイクラスホテルのフロントがこのようなレベルでガッカリしました。ホテルの老朽化が気になるところではありますが、温泉、食事については満足でした。

오래된 호텔이라 들어서 걱정했는데 디럭스 룸이라 그런지 우리방은 깨끗하고 카페트 냄새도 전혀 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 방에서 보는 일출은 말할것도 없고요. 호텔에 골프장 부킹을 부탁했는데 부킹을잘 해줄 뿐 아니라 호텔서 골프장으로 채를 따로 운반해주어 운동하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔과 골프장의 연계 시스템이 매우 잘 되어 있어서 개인적으로 가도 편하게 겨울 골프와 온천을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 물론 리빙가든의 조명장식과 불멍을 할 수 있는 공간도 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고요 ,인근 맛집 예약과 차편을 도와주어서 편안하게 미야자키를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다만 호텔주변에 식당이 없기 때문에 렌트를 안한다면 저녁은 좀 계획을 세워서 가는게 좋을 듯 합니다.

This property is located in a gorgeous part of Miyazaki! You can see the expansive views of the ocean and a well maintained golf course from your hotel room. All of the staff operating the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area as well. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Miyazaki!

設備は満足。チェックアウトで20組程並んでいるのに、対応窓口は1つ。後に増援が来るも20分程待たされた。チェックアウト時間は決まっているのに、リソース集中するタイミングが悪い。精算なしの場合、カードキーを返却するだけ。精算ありなしで列を分ける等、工夫の余地あり。

The hotel is huge for conferences. It is quite dated and the curtains in our room were torn. It is very near the zoo and the beach which means it is far from the city.

ホテルはとても良かった。食事も良し。大浴場が遠いため、高齢の両親は３泊中、一度しか入りに行けなかった。交通手段がないため、少し遅くなるとタクシー利用だか、なかなか予約が取れないようでなんとかして欲しい。

部屋もロビーも全部綺麗でお風呂のタオルも使い放題なので何度も入れて最高です。スタッフさんの対応も物凄く丁寧で本当に何度でも泊まりに行きたいと思わせてくれる宿です。ただ夜のブッフェは値段が高いのでアルコール飲み放題もつけてもらえたらもっと良かったと思います

ゴルフをする為に宿泊しました。スタッフがとても親切で良かったです。クローゼットに服を忘れたのですがその時の対応は素晴らしいと思いました。夕食のレストランが少なすぎなのか予約がまったく取れず外に出ることになったのが残念でした。早めに予約しておく事をお勧めします。

ソフトバンクホークスの宮崎キャンプの旅行で宿泊させてもらいましたが、まず絶景なのと料理がおいしかった。ディナーも朝食もビュッフェを利用させてもらいましが、とてもおいしく子供2人も何度もおかわりしていました。なかなかここまでビュッフェがおいしいホテルには巡り会ったことがないです。夜、周囲の部屋から、お子さんの声と物音は多少気にはなりましたが、それ以外はとても充実した宿泊になりました。

Fantastic hotel, staff is amazing and helpful. Restaurants are top notch, though a touch on the pricey side but the quality and service merit it. Maybe one other mid price restaurant when you don't feel like going too fancy would be nice. We were not able to take advantage of the Onsen due to tattoos and the pool did not seem to be open for some reason. The shopping area is a real bonus and was quite well priced with some fun and interesting items there. Has trouble trying to cast from our computers onto the TV in the room but that was common in a lot of the hotels on our trip. Understanding that they want you to use the hotel and resort but a bit more information about the city and surrounding areas to visit would also add to the experience. Easily the nicest room and view we had on our whole trip in Japan though!
