Convenient hotel close to train station and shopping area. A little noise at night from trains. Massage chair in room. Free sake tasting. Great breakfast buffet with excellent view from top floor restaurant

The hotel was just a short walk to Nagano Station. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. We had the Grand Queen Room on the upper floor. As promised we had a massage chair and a nice view of the city. The breakfast service offered an extensive selection of delicious food. The complimentary sake tasting and baked products were very much appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

設備の清掃は行き届いていた。ただ、浴室のカラン給湯とシャワーの切り替えが甘く、浴槽に給湯している間もシャワーから少しお湯が垂れており浴槽外が水びたしになってしまった。 朝食は充実していて素晴らしかった。
