Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel

設備比較舊，但係好努力維護，最好凌晨四點幾起身睇日出，個影無比靚

We loved our stay. Our room was high in the sky with the most wonderful views across the lake. The staff were kind, friendly and very courteous. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Otsu station was really handy and only a 10 minute drive. We didn’t coordinate our stay well enough to be there on a Saturday to take part in the parkrun around the lake which was a shame as the start was just outside the door. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Will definitely stay again.

乾淨 安靜

1. The 4 nights we stayed is bombarded byHeavy noise and shaking of ceiling ( upper floor maybe be occupied by an elephant ? ) especially at night and early morning. 2 The bath room and toilet is embarrassingly small and out of date, plus the buzzard outburst of dripping faucet … 3. Amenities are in adequate, tiny TV … etc. 4. 2 positive remarks: for one, it’s air-conditioning is nice and quite, second, the hotel shuttle bus service 5. No common facility at all ( no Gym, no Onsen,Pool not open ) the entire hotel & its rooms are way past due for needed updating improvements. 6. Staying guests has their F& B limited to what’s available at the hotel, hardly anything else
