We loved it ! Loved the different themes of each tiny house we stayed in the yellow life guard and the coral house. They are pet friendly which was so nice. Each house is very private. It’s decimal our new favorite getaway place.

I loved the decoration of the little house — all pink, tiny but very cozy. It had a special charm, different from big luxurious places; simple, yet truly delightful. It had everything I needed: pots, utensils, towels, and more. Outside, there was a barbecue area and a patio, perfect for hanging out with others if you wanted to. Plus, it’s very well located, close to everything, and with excellent air conditioning. The bed on the second floor added a private and rustic touch that I really liked. Overall, I absolutely loved it! I totally recommend it and would definitely go back.

The people that we dealt with were Great. Very accommodating and helpful. They have a nice outdoor entertainment area with fire boxes, a fire pit and outdoor televisions. They have several different units to choose from. Looking forward to going back in the near future. Very close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and trolley service available for easy access to the beach or the village.

Place is fun and unique. Feels like a tree house. Very compact but it has all the basic things. Easy access. Parking is right there. Safe neighbourhood, good for a morning walk. Little patio to spend some time outside. Would be nice to have an extra chair. It was 5 of us, and only 4 chairs. But I would definitely recommend it.

We loved our tiny home stay. Was super easy to get to the beach areas but we didn't have to deal with the crazy crowds and congestion all night long. The side street was quiet and safe. The shower was amazing!

Smaller than expected but still a comfortable stay. 4 adults and we dit just fine. We did alot of beachbso we all used the outdoor shower as our main shower LOL. A privacy fence around those would be amazing as the indoor shower is a bit cramped. Staff was friendly via text and email and we didnt need to have someone in person as everything we needed was there.

Tiny means tiny! Like leave your suitcase in the car! Once we got used to it it was fun. Would opt for bed on main floor as opposed to loft bed only because we are too old for loft! Inside was good. Could have been a little nicer inside cabinets. Outside needed work, no table and chair outside, although all other tiny homes had them. Need more crushed shells added to outside area and a clean up. Florida is all about outside. Overall would stay again, just go a little bigger.

Very cute property and love the concept. They have a few homes to choose from and all decorated differently. I try to be honest with my reviews, therefore here is what needs improvement. They have a sign posted on the wall to wash your dishes before leaving, the problem is they left no dish sponge to do so. They have thin curtains and no blinds so as soon as the sun comes up it gets a little hot and the ceiling fan was not working. The AC is very loud for those who mind. I did not because I prefer to hear the AC then out door noice. I found the area to be quiet and that is a plus. I did travel on a weekday. I love that you can park right in front of the house making it very convenient to off load your luggage. I probably would stay again in the future and a different model house.

Needs an update. Smells awful. I stayed because I arrived late. They use plugins to cover the bad odor. I do not recommend it at all.

I had no idea what to expect with this property, but what a pleasant surprise to walk in and find it smelling clean and fresh. Despite its size, it was, in some ways, better equipped than an expansive home we had rented earlier that week. The air conditioning was powerful, the television sharp and clear, and the shower clean and stocked with soap and shampoo. My only frustration was that on the departure list was the instruction to "please take your trash and recycling to the closest designated trash area. I didn't know where that was, and when I tried to ask at the office, there was no one there, so I had to leave them. But I will definitely return. The tiny house is everything I need within seven minutes of the best beach in America!

The shower key was broken, the bedroom air conditioner is very noisy, there is always a light on which doesn’t let you sleep well, and it doesn’t cool enough. The coffee maker was dirty, as well as the cushions on the furniture. We also had several cockroaches come into the place. As for me, I won’t stay there again.

Our place was not ready when we arrived and so we were unable to check in on time which was disappointing as we wanted and needed to freshen up before dinner and were unable to do so. Other than that we did have ants in our unit pretty bad but we just killed them and moved on. It was a nice place overall though.

The tiny home was very clean and was efficiently arranged. The loft bed was up a staircase that was a little challenging to navigate but was not impossible. The communication with the tiny homes people was very thorough. The tv remote didnt seem to work but we didnt need tv. The location was convenient. This would be a nice little place for a young couple or single person.

Very tiny Tiny House. Nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom so small if you’re anything over average height and weight beware. Comfortable stay if it’s short like 2 nights. Room for 3 but we were just 2 adults and it was quite small. Nice nice fridge but chairs too low for fold down table . We didn’t cook there but you can. Overall a good deal for what you get. Area a little sketchy across the street . Expedia does not show this in its presentation of Tiny Houses

We did certainly enjoy this cute little house but I do have a few things that were uncomfortable: There is mold somewhere and you can smell it throughout the house. No stair railings. There are 2 sets of stairs but no hand rails. The shower water was first hot, then cold, then hot. It's not walking distance from the beach, we had to drive over 1 mile to get to the beach. Lots of ants everywhere. Make sure to NOT leave food out.

Very clean but very cold. Instructions included keeping the AC at 68 degrees at all times. I would rate higher but the WIFI is practically non-existent. The TV needed WIFI and because connectivity consistently dropped after a few minutes, the TV was useless. The same connectivity issue occurred with our cell phones. So be prepared to use your own data. Frustrating and unfortunate for such a nice place.

The tiny house we stayed in had a ladder to climb to upstairs.If you are handicapped or elderly you would not be able to stay in this tiny house. Our biggest complaint was the sewer smell that never left The house could really use darker privacy curtains.Each house could use there own broom and dustpan to sweep up sand from outside so it doesn't end up in your bed.Which is only a mattress on the floor.I know this was a great place in the beginning but could really use some up keep.

House was cute from the outside, inside looked totally different than the pictures on the site. The house shook when somebody walked from one side to the other. Bed was uncomfortable, futon was also uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t close. Lots of damage to the baseboards throughout the house. Check in process and communication was easy and good. This was our first time in a tiny house and will definitely be the last.

Really enjoyed our visit, and the space was perfectly sized for us. The location is great, nice and quiet but close to everything. Only negatives were the light infiltration, as the curtains don't really do much and there are streetlights in the area. Some blackout shades would make it much nicer. Mechanicals also run loud, and the TV situation isn't good unless you're very Roku savvy, but I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

Pros: fun! Glad to have tried once. Quick response when there was an issue. Clean. Plenty of towels and TP. The Mexican restaurant walking distance is AMAZING! The location is good! Close to all you need. Cons: Wi-Fi had 2 bars and went out often. They reset it once when I messaged them, but honestly didn’t help at all. It never got better. The couch/futon to sit on wasn’t comfortable. Hard to relax on a vaca in this place. The bed upstairs was okay. I was scared my husband would fall off though. Bath tub but only able to shower in it. Water pressure not the best if you need to wash long thick hair! The scents to over power bay old smell, was nauseating. It’s the only form of camping I’ve done lately and I won’t do it again anytime soon lol

The couch/futon to sit on wasn’t comfortable. Hard to relax on a vaca in this place. The bed upstairs was okay. I was scared my husband would fall off though. Bath tub but only able to shower in it. Water pressure not the best if you need to wash long thick hair! The scents to over power bay old smell, was nauseating. It’s the only form of camping I’ve done lately and I won’t do it again anytime soon lol

Very cute property and love the concept. They have a few homes to choose from and all decorated differently. I try to be honest with my reviews, therefore here is what needs improvement. They have a sign posted on the wall to wash your dishes before leaving, the problem is they left no dish sponge to do so. They have thin curtains and no blinds so as soon as the sun comes up it gets a little hot and the ceiling fan was not working. The AC is very loud for those who mind. I did not because I prefer to hear the AC then out door noice. I found the area to be quiet and that is a plus. I did travel on a weekday. I love that you can park right in front of the house making it very convenient to off load your luggage. I probably would stay again in the future and a different model house.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiny House Siesta. We loved the close proximity it was to everything in Siesta Key. Check in was a breeze, which was refreshing after a long day the beach. The property is super cute, we stayed at the green lifeguard stand. It was cozy and clean. We will definitely stay again when back in town.

This property was awesome! Unfortunately our check in process was difficult and frustrating. We filled it the check in form multiple times (for it to give us our door code) from different phones and nothing was happening. When we called the tiny home customer service the phone, Ella was trying to help us out. She was condescending and seemed annoyed that we were having issues checking in saying “what do you mean by nothing is happening” and “I wish you had called me earlier before you got there, it would’ve made this easier for me” not in a kind tone. She said she would call us back within a few minutes to help but there was no call back. We waited about 30 minutes until I finally called back and she said “oh ya I haven’t got the approval to sign you in yet.” And then proceeded to say “well let me just check. Oh, yes they just approved.” I have a hard time believing she was going to call us back. Other than the check in and the customer service on her end, the tiny home was comfortable and cute.

I never received a check in email. So I was on the phone 30 mins with customer service. The tiny house was clean inside and had everything we needed. The welcome table was beat up and hard to use. The inside was cute and the bed was comfortable. No one is on property for help if needed. I doubt I’ll stay here again.

Great location. Fast response time to questions. Multiple communications options made it convenient. After 11 hours driving. We needed somewhere to rest for the night. Quiet area, close to stores and restaurants. If we'd have the opportunity to visit the area longer we'd hope to stay there again.

The people that we dealt with were Great. Very accommodating and helpful. They have a nice outdoor entertainment area with fire boxes, a fire pit and outdoor televisions. They have several different units to choose from. Looking forward to going back in the near future. Very close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and trolley service available for easy access to the beach or the village.

There was a small problem in the unit, but I emailed the management with pictures and they answered right away and fixed it the next day. The unit was spacious and comfortable.

Very tiny Tiny House. Nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom so small if you’re anything over average height and weight beware. Comfortable stay if it’s short like 2 nights. Room for 3 but we were just 2 adults and it was quite small. Nice nice fridge but chairs too low for fold down table . We didn’t cook there but you can. Overall a good deal for what you get. Area a little sketchy across the street . Expedia does not show this in its presentation of Tiny Houses

If I could give this place no stars I would have. I think they should post a disclaimer that this is not a place a single woman should stay. I took a video of the neighborhood that surrounds which I probably can’t post. Let’s just say it’s framed by a storage facility, a dilapidated trailer park and a strip mall. I arrived dumbfounded. There was no way I was going to stay there. Felt very unsafe and sketchy. I called immediately. They would only refund the other nights I had booked but not that night. The tiny house itself is cute but needs to be picked up and moved somewhere else. Atrocious.

I loved the decoration of the little house — all pink, tiny but very cozy. It had a special charm, different from big luxurious places; simple, yet truly delightful. It had everything I needed: pots, utensils, towels, and more. Outside, there was a barbecue area and a patio, perfect for hanging out with others if you wanted to. Plus, it’s very well located, close to everything, and with excellent air conditioning. The bed on the second floor added a private and rustic touch that I really liked. Overall, I absolutely loved it! I totally recommend it and would definitely go back.

Upon entry we were hammered with the smell of a glade pug-in. No thank you. Felt like an unsafe area and it was somewhat hard to find. I would not go for a walk in the neighborhood. We were there less than 30 minutes and abandoned the Tiny house, the Pelican. Forfeiting almost $300. That is a lot for a night stay. I know they were hit with some weather, but it doesn't appear that any repairs were made. Non-refundable. :(

I enjoyed staying here far better than staying at one of the hotels on or around the beach area. The tiny homes are about one mile from the beach in a quite location. I found the beach area to be a bit chaotic because of all the people and the traffic.

We stayed in the green tiny home. It was the perfect size, had all the amenities needed for our stay. It was the perfect location, a quick 5 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. We walked next door to Geckos for dinner. We will definitely be coming back.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Tiny House Siesta! We were in the Seashell, which was just darling and very comfortable. The house itself was a nice 20-25 minute walk from the beach, and had plenty of amazing restaurants around, also within walking distance. Overall, our stay was just perfect and I hope I get to come back and perhaps stay in one of the other tiny houses!

It was a unique experience and a great way for a couple to spend a couple of days going to the beach thar didn't break the bank. It's a tiny house. My wife thought it was the cutest thing. I felt like it was a cool fort to stay in. The bed is a mattress on the floor and could be thicker. The AC was cold and worked well. We would stay agian.

The red life guard tiny house was absolutely cute. It could use some updates to the wear and tear. A platform for the outdoor shower would be useful so you aren't showering in mud. The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was suitable for a girls trip for a few days. The beaches were close. The Mexican restaurant (and giant margaritas) in walking distance was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful trip!
