We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car and the hotel offers a shuttle service too.

We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. There was no availability of pool, gym or Spa . Room was extremely hot with no air . Had to call multiple times , finally assigned new room at 11 pm , where shower was not working , no circulation of air . Couldn’t sleep . Asked for a partial or full refund but they rudely declined . Staff doesn’t understand English at all . Would never stay here in future .

Das Personal war sehr sehr profesionell, wirklich TOP! Dann war es das aber auch schon mit den positiven Dingen. Negativ: 2x Kurzschluss im Hotel, das erste Zimmer roch unerträglich nach Abwasserkanal, wir haben dann sofort ein Neues bekommen. Der hochgepriesene Indoorpool ist einfach mal geschlossen ohne das man als Kunde vorher die Chance hätte dies zu erfahren (das war unser Hauptgrund dieses Hotel zu wählen!). Allgemeiner Zustand; runtergekommen und definitiv keine 5 Sterne mehr! Ich könnte hier noch weiter machen mit den negativen Eindrücken, lasse es lieber sein. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und somit sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist generell gut,wäre aber an verschiedenen Stellen erneuerungsbedürftig:In unserem Zimmer lag zum Beispiel fleckiger Teppich und das Schwimmbad ist auch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Allgemein gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal,aber nicht auf einem 5 Sterne Niveau.

Otel çok eski, bu eskiliğin karşılığında odada bir koku oluşmuş durumda ve rahatsız ediciliğin sınırlarında şu anda. Aracınızı kendinizin park edemiyorsunuz, her seferinde valeye vermek zorundasınız. Kahvaltısı ortalama ama yeterli diyebilirim. Oda ve banyo gayet genişdi. Havuzu küçük, spası yeni ve moder tasarlanmış, başarılıydı. Konum olarak şehir merkezinde her yere yakındı. Otel yönetimi okur mu bilemedim ama gördüğümü yazmam gerekiyor. Kata çıktığım anda uzun olan kat koridorunun yangın kapıları ile kapandığını gördüm, yani tetiklenmiş fakat alarm çalmadı, ayrıca yangın kapısının altında 5 cm lik boşluk vardı, bu haliyle kapı yangın sertifikasında belirtilen dakikalarda dayanmaz ve sızdırmazlığı kaybolur.

First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation.

Yataklar toplu olduğu için ilk bakışta anlamadık, fakat terlikler diş fırçaları kullanılmıştı üstüne banyoda pis kıyafetleri görünce temizlenmemiş oda verildiğini anladık. Sonrasında verilen odada ise 3. yatağımız yoktu ve sonradan geldi. Terlik eksikti ve duşakabin musluğu çalışmıyordu. küvette yıkanmak durumunda kaldık. Klima kış modunda kaldığı için asla odayı soğutamadı ve camları açmak durumunda kaldık. Korkunç ötesi sıcak bir geceydi. Biz 1 gece kaldığımız için çok fazla üstelemedik fakat berbat bir deneyimdi. Aynı şekilde başka odada kalan arkadaşlarımızda kötü bir deneyim yaşamışlar. duş Duvarlarında kan boya tarzı bir sey varmış. Böyle bir otelde bu hizmeti almak hoş değildi. Aynı fiyata çok daha iyi otellerde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Mein Aufenthalt war leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber – die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, überall lag Staub, und auch die Toilette war nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Obwohl ich ein Schild vor die Tür gelegt hatte, wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Positiv war allerdings das Frühstück: Es war sehr lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl und frischen Speisen. Schade, dass die Zimmerhygiene nicht auf demselben Niveau war.

If you have a dust allergy, you shouldn't stay at this hotel. The floor is fully covered with carpet that has a bad odor. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. We asked the receptionist to send a technician three times and even requested to move to another room with a working AC, but they didn't accommodate us. One positive point is that the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious, with fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is free parking.

Konaklamamız genel olarak keyifli geçti. Otelin konumu gerçekten çok merkezi ve ücretsiz otoparkı ile avantajlı. Karşılama hizmeti sıcak ve profesyoneldi. Amazing hotel in a great location in Kayseri. Clean, and good service from the staff and the food in the Sushi restaurant is as superb! The one negative was that the heating was permanently on and the windows only opened a little, so the room was way way way too hot and uncomfortable!

Welcoming was nice. Staff was friendly. However, the room was a little bit old and the breakfast would have been nicer. The main problem is I gave my car to hotel valet and later that day I realized that my left doors where crushed by another car during parking.

There was no availability of pool, gym or Spa . Room was extremely hot with no air . Had to call multiple times , finally assigned new room at 11 pm , where shower was not working , no circulation of air . Couldn’t sleep . Asked for a partial or full refund but they rudely declined . Staff doesn’t understand English at all . Would never stay here in future .

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt gefallen. Allerdings war der Service nicht ganz so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Einige Mitarbeiter wirkten etwas müde oder unmotiviert und haben kaum gelächelt, während andere wiederum freundlich waren. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das gesamte Team etwas offener und herzlicher auf die Gäste zugegangen wäre. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We stayed in the kings suite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the room phone system and the music from upstairs, they took care of it right away. The hospitality was incredible.

We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car and the hotel offers a shuttle service too.

Fantastic hotel — very central and surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. Overall a great stay. A small improvement could be made in the bathroom quality, especially the interior details and using higher‑quality toilet paper. Breakfast was truly wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more training for the staff so they don’t remove plates when guests take short breaks. I personally like to reuse my cup and plate if I’m still continuing my breakfast.
