Suíte Penthouse “Percival”: vistas deslumbrantes, cúpula e caminhada até restaurantes

We loved our stay and will definitely book again the next time we come to Portland. The location is perfect - right in the middle of restaurants and just a short block’s walk to Fore St. for shopping. We loved the relaxing design of the apartment, and the views did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back!

View from room was absolutely amazing! Parking was easy and part of overall price. Host was thorough with instructions. Close to everything, restaurants, shopping, entertainment

The view of the city and Casco Bay could not have been better! It was the absolute perfect location in the Old Port!

No flexibility with wanting to check in early and use the allotted parking space. We used public parking instead and spent 40. Also, the electricity went out one night and we were unable to enter the building. It took Scott 55 minutes to respond to our text message. We were very inconvenienced and nothing was offered. This is Scott’s business it’s not warm and fuzzy. There are a lot of rules. Be sure to read everything carefully.
