Great family friendly house with jetty

Quiet location close to town. We loved having a pool and the convenience of keeping our boat at the dock. The house had everything we needed for a great stay!

House was spacious enough for our adult family and one small child with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Excellent location and we loved the outdoor area, great spot to sit in the afternoons with the deck overlooking the pool and view of the canals. A bit more attention could be paid to the cleaning but apart from this a great place to stay for a family.

Average for the price, didn’t lock up secure.Location and dock is all really got going for it.The fire pit is more of a danger with synthetic grass.

We were a family of 6, with all adult children. The house was accurately listed - very spacious and worked really well for our adult family, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. We really enjoyed the location - being on the canals, some of the family fished off the jetty and had some success. The back deck was great, with a large outside table setting and BBQ. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The house was really well stocked. Just a couple of minor maintenance things that would be good to attend to. The house was situated at the bottom of Exmouth, with only a short stroll to Whalebone Brewery and a couple of restaurants. Highly recommend
