Over-priced/not a good value. Room view was of adjacent hotel pool. Despite being a non-smoking floor, this was clearly not enforced. Jacuzzi not operable and swim up bar closed. Food okay.

This was an amazing hotel. The view was phenomenal. We ended up having dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices of delicious cheeses and the best shakshuka my wife has ever had. The pool was a little cold but we got used to it. The hot tub was great. A short walk to the beach, though it was too cold when we went. I would recommend this hotel any time of year, but we will definitely be back in the warmer months.

Right on the promenade and sea. Big clean room with great view. Great breakfast and front desk helpful. Only complaint is parking - even though it says free parking, don't count on parking at hotel. It was full all 3 days we were there. Staff didn't particularly make an effort to help find alternative. In the end parked in a dirt lot and walked. The dirt turned to mud after rain and it was a disaster for my shoes and car.

Hotel works on the third of capacity. Swimming pool is in repairs. They explain it “caused by war”. Reception left us to wait for some 10 min - had important call. I was wondering - I’m not important. Breakfast really poor, never ever was in Dan with such minimalistic breakfast.

The roon wasnt clean and smelled of cigarettes but when I told that to the recipient they immediately send somone to clean and spray a good smell. Overall you enjoyed our stay and definitely return.

A very good hotel. Well kept. AMAZING view from terrace room. Very good breakfast. The only thing need to improve: pillows,and there is not enough shelfs for storage our stuff. Highly recommended!

We chose a standard room this time but were not disappointed. The size was just as good as the superior rooms and with the same facilities. The pool area is great. there were plenty of beds including four posters!. The food is very good. The best thing was the shower which is perhaps the best we have ever had anywhere in the world.

We stayed in an executive class room. It was a beautiful spacious room on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Eilat from a picture window leading out to a small balcony. The service was very good except for the dining room where dishes were not quickly cleared and it was not easy to get coffee or eggs to order at breakfast. The dinner was buffet style and was uneven. First time very good both quality and variety of main. The second time there was no good choice for a meat (steak, roast beef , lamb etc) meal.

it doesn't look much upon entry but this is one of the best Hotels we've stayed in. the staff are friendly and do their best to help. the pools are fabulous. breakfast is unbelievable, and the rooms have a wonderful sea and pool view. The terrace room - which is understandabley more expensive - has the most wonderful and huge balcony with table and chairs, loungers and sun shade.

Beautiful property and hotel. Unfortunately, we were not able to check into our room until 8:30 PM…..Expedia said 3:00 PM. They did make up for it, but they seemed to be understaffed for a major holiday. We will come back as we understand ‘things happen’. Once again, the hotel, property, and views are spectacular. Don’t let our ‘hiccup’ distract you. Give it a try. Zalis Family

Very average hotel for such high rating, appears Israeli 5 star hotel = 3,5 - 4 stars in North America. Staff disorganized and don't care, you have to repeat your request number of times to be served, no one cares, valet parking took 38 minutes to pool my car, way below expectations.

Right on the promenade and sea. Big clean room with great view. Great breakfast and front desk helpful. Only complaint is parking - even though it says free parking, don't count on parking at hotel. It was full all 3 days we were there. Staff didn't particularly make an effort to help find alternative. In the end parked in a dirt lot and walked. The dirt turned to mud after rain and it was a disaster for my shoes and car.

it doesn't look much upon entry but this is one of the best Hotels we've stayed in. the staff are friendly and do their best to help. the pools are fabulous. breakfast is unbelievable, and the rooms have a wonderful sea and pool view. The terrace room - which is understandabley more expensive - has the most wonderful and huge balcony with table and chairs, loungers and sun shade.

We stayed in an executive class room. It was a beautiful spacious room on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Eilat from a picture window leading out to a small balcony. The service was very good except for the dining room where dishes were not quickly cleared and it was not easy to get coffee or eggs to order at breakfast. The dinner was buffet style and was uneven. First time very good both quality and variety of main. The second time there was no good choice for a meat (steak, roast beef , lamb etc) meal.

This was an amazing hotel. The view was phenomenal. We ended up having dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices of delicious cheeses and the best shakshuka my wife has ever had. The pool was a little cold but we got used to it. The hot tub was great. A short walk to the beach, though it was too cold when we went. I would recommend this hotel any time of year, but we will definitely be back in the warmer months.

Hotel works on the third of capacity. Swimming pool is in repairs. They explain it “caused by war”. Reception left us to wait for some 10 min - had important call. I was wondering - I’m not important. Breakfast really poor, never ever was in Dan with such minimalistic breakfast.

All the rooms face the ocean. The view is beautiful from any room. The property, pools, lobbies, are very well maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. They even upgraded us to a bigger room with a gorgeous massive balcony (the Gala room). The breakfast was fantastic. And clean and well maintained. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only constructive criticism I can give is that the “concierge” service needs serious work. The concierge (when he was actually there, which was rare) was very friendly but knowledge was minimal. Also they had no ideas for us as to what else there was to doin Eilat. There should be a knowledgeable dedicated concierge in a hotel such as this one that is upscale (and maybe brochures if things to doing Eilat)

A classic hotel, with a fabulous breakfast, lovely pool area, great kids zone and overall helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, with sea views and balconies. Room service was responsive and food we ordered was tastey and reasonably priced.
