Very nice hotel in most all respects. Staff very courteous and helpful. Only downside was that our vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot.

Cheap & convenient. Continental breakfast is bare bones with watered down oj, muffins, and whole wheat bread or oatmeal packets. My room was on the second floor but there was no elevator so it was difficult carrying my luggage although I got my steps in. Building was dated but fairly clean aside from the towel I used one morning that had a brown stain on it. That being said, for the price and convenience of where I needed to go, it was worth it.

Perfect location for my needs, comfortable bed, great shower. Lots of parking. Breakfast included. Staff is very kind and helpful. Have stayed before and will be back again.

As seniors we should have requested a ground floor room so we didn't have to haul our luggage to the 2nd floor. It is an older building but very clean and a nice continental breakfast was provided but in a very small space. We ate ours at a lovely table outside. Parking is convenient.

This made me a little anxious as typically it’s just a quick visual check to see you are who you say you are. But the staff were very pleasant and kind. The room is dated but very clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of parking. Great location for us and the price was right. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked pretty minimal but then this is a slow time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked a 3 nights stay Lots of bedbugs found after check-in, did not stay. hotel refused refund. Couldn't be worse.

Founded a blood stain on the bed sheet as well as lots of hairs Spider were in the bath

Absolutely filthy. When I told the lady at the desk that my room was dirty , she replied, " That's impossible." Sure, there were clean sheets and towels but the rest had not been cleaned in ages. used coffee pod in the coffee maker. Several layers of mattress protectors each dirtier than the one overlaying it. Pillows are yellow with blood stains and extremely lumpy. Toilet had God knows what all crusted on the outside of the bowl and the tank leaked every time it was flushed. Mirror had toothpaste all over it. Glasses were not washed just wrapped back into the paper. Fridge did not worked and when I pulled out the freezer tray it spilled water all over the floor. This place looks nothing like the photos they post online. And, of course they refuse to give a refund for cancellation. Absolutely NO HELP from Hotels.com.

The property was old, mattress was soft, lumpy, no fitted sheet on bed, single ply tp, rugs were dirty. Wouldn't stay there again.

Clean room

There are many bedbugs, cockroaches and the sheets like urine.We Left there with many bedbug bites,we felt very itchy over our skin which was also very swollen and reedened , very poor hygienic condition there.The manager didn't was polite and respectfully , she was aggressive .

Bathroom shower should have been clean, place wasn’t very accessible inside, and the carpets in the walkway should be shampooed and thoroughly clean

We found at least two bed bugs on the bed. It was so horrible that we had to steam clean everything after going home.

The room was great for the price. I will say we had the room closest to the exit and our front door was not leveled so anytime someone was walking by it was very loud. Overall great stay and good spot

They can put microwave in each room.

The picture they post is not what’s you expected. Is a old room with a leaking a/c unit and smelly.

My room had a refrigerator and all the equipment to cook. Great value for the price.

The room was super small and not ventilated. It was impossible to breathe when we arrived. They have an AC that works for 20 mins then shuts off. That is not even the worst part. There was a mouse in the room. A MOUSE that ran from under the bed to god knows where when we got up. We will never stay at this place ever again.

Room beside my room has loud closing sound.

The staff and service were amazing but the facility and the noises were somewhat a problem. We know when either of the rooms next door took shower as a high pitch noise come through the walls. The water is either burning hot or icy cold. It was difficult to control.

The room looked nothing like the photo. It was dated and old and kind of run down. Bed was hard, would start to flip/topple when you say on the end of it and linens were stained though washed. Everything was kind of musty. Bathroom smelt musty and of stale water and was in poor shape, though again clean enough. I didn't use the shower/bath. Door didn't close/seal around the edges but it did lock. There's stairs only to get to the 3rd floor so if you have disability needs make sure you don't get that.

Front staff is very rude and kept calling n the room

A security deposit of $200 is required which is more than the price of a night and can only be paid on a credit card. Please be aware of this if you are using this hotel.

Staff was fabulous!

I called the hotel 15 minutes after checking out to explain I had left a bag in the mini fridge with some of my stuff. I asked if they could hold it to the afternoon when I’m able to pick it up. The manager (Brabh) said, “ok, no problem.” The bag of stuff had food and $100 worth of backpacking camping bowls and utensils. I go to pick it up in the afternoon to find out that housekeeping throw out the bag with my camping stuff in it. The manager and housekeeping denied there were any items in this bag and the manager proclaimed there was not a bag in the room. I explained that’s not what I said in the morning and she continued to deny. We were able to recover one of my items from the garbage bin (she even pulled out the food items that were in this bag as well so I know she pulled out the bag to grab these) but the other items were not recovered even when I offered to look as the manager refused my request. Instead, she maintained her hostility, said it was my fault I lost my items, walked to her black SUV and drove away leaving me standing there without all of my items. Once the manager and housekeeper were proven wrong, they did not take any accountability for their actions. I am beyond frustrated with this hotel staff for their lack of accountability and hospitality.

The staff were fantastic

Our experience was kinda terrible. The staff started out kind in the beginning and began to be more rude and unkind to our group. They were always up in our business. We were a group of 6, 2 of which lived an hr from our hotel so we invited them and we explained to them that they weren’t staying unless otherwise (we got a room that sleeps 4). But they constantly followed our group and spied on us on the camera constantly. We went back to rest on our hotel and they ended up nagging about the amount of people we have again (like they didn’t hear our explanation the first time and same staff too). We decided to go out in the middle of the night to party so we decided that they’ll be ending up staying in our room SO we paid for the extra people. THAT DIDNT STOP THERE! We got back around 3AM and while we were getting ready for bed they knocked on our door nonstop and was told he had too many people! Like hello? We paid and had the receipt too. We explained to the lady and she didn’t believe us at first until our whole group basically told her we paid. She then proceeded to tell us not to bother other guests. Which was crazy because our group was dead quiet. We were kinda annoyed at that point because we were constantly interrogated and spied on. THAT NIGHT we saw a cockroach in the wall which one of our group proceeded to take a picture, and when one of my friend went to the bathroom, they spotted more bugs. Overall, hate this place DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good location

Clean, easy-going, convenient location. We had our other accomodation fall through and booking our room here was very quick and easy and affordable.

Located on the center of greater vancouver

The property was clean and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance and major shopping centres accessible by transit or vehicle.

This little place deserves a bit more credit. It’s basic, but they obviously care about their business and the guest experience. It’s clean and comfortable and does the job. The location isn’t the most convenient but is fine with a car. With a lack of affordable places to stay in greater Vancouver, this one was more than adequate and I’d feel fine about returning again.

Little out dated but for the price and convenience of the stay. It was worth it. It was close to my eye doctor facility which made the location good.

well, not clean, on corner of Edmonds which is not a nice area. breakfast, ya okay one could call it that i guess not impressed was a $69 a night hotel I am charged $189 a night cos ... why ? If I had paid the lower rate I would not complain, at this rate I definately expect CLEAN and Proper linen.. not dark Brown pillowcases of some microfibre yuck.... towels thin like paper towels

Overall we liked our stay, there was a bit of traffic noise but it stops at night. The breakfast was basic but ok, the room was good for a few days, nothing to complain, good value for money.
