Parkhotel Plzen Congress Center

nunca mas en este hotel,despues de esperar mas de 15 min para un check in, cerrar el restaurante 30 min antes de lo establecido, habitacion en un tercer piso sin ascensor y no poder casi ni desayunar, recomiendo no reservar en este hotel.Es tirar absolutamente el dinera.Como mucho le daria una o dos estrellas.

It's a good hotel but the staff are not customer service oriented, this was the first hotel in which we got to deposit our luggage by ourselves in a room i.e. when we asked about depositing our luggage the staff gave us a key to a room in which it was plenty of other luggages, no staff followed or checked, it didn't feel safe at all leaving the luggage there. At breakfast my wife asked about boiled eggs but the staff showed us some scrambled eggs as if we had not already seen that. They had no boiled eggs. The fried eggs were almost cold, nobody see info keeping them warm. At check-in my daughters noticed that the staff were rude against some other guests that were asking for some exchange help.

It was a nice stay. Food was good and hotel was nice. Easy parking and good location

Hidden charges and lies seem to be the how they deal with poor management. Be careful when upgrading rooms and the extra €15 for breakfast. ( I pre booked for an extra week and still got conned into paying
