Grand Hotel Tijuana

Everything about this hotel is five star. The staff is extremely helpful. The French restaurant is great and if you don’t want the French restaurant, it’s close to restaurant row. It’s walkable to the malls and great shopping also medical but the best part is the pool in the Jacuzzi always spotless. The Jacuzzi is hot in your room. You can drink water from the tap. They have a special filtration center, which makes it convenient to brush your teeth or whatever the rooms are large and comfortable. The morning buffet is very good with fresh omelettes and pancakes made order plus all types of fruit anything you might want for breakfast with excellent waiters I’ve stayed in most the high end hotels and this is my far my favorite, especially for the price. There’s yetfor me to find one that has a bit of Jacuzzi pool. I do recommend going to the casino and getting ones and fives for tipping in things like that it’s easier to get changed there. The parking is very easy and safe underground.

Nice upgrades but a minor annoyance was that the shower head wouldn’t stay on the top setting. Will stay there again soon.

It’s the only hotel that you can drink the water from the tap in your room. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. They keep the Jacuzzi nice and hot. Also they will bring your drinks to your Jacuzzi or pool experience.

As a vip we use to get to go on the 32 floor for snacks and drinks but now we don’t unless we want to pay around 50 dollars more, but it’s still a nice place to stay
