We stayed for two days here and service was poor. They never made sure if our room was clean or not, if we needed something we had to go to the front and get it from them. Ladies working at the front were rude and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, did not enjoy my stay here.

Decent stay overall, just low value, overpriced compared to other GP options in my experience. I didn't get e-receipt even after sharing my email at check-out. Current Visa bill does not reconcile with paper receipt, creating a problem for my expenses. Quality of toiletries is far less than you expect at price point. Common areas are dated. Quality breakfast. I would only book if there was a substantial discount.

The other issue is the bar that shares the parking lot and people leaving at 2 am. The hotel itself was fine but the front desk staff need more training.

Arrived at hotel, had booked a Queen Suite, with pull out couch, when arrived was told they did not have that set up anymore although their advertisement on the Best Western website stated they did, so requested a Queen suite, was given a room with 2 double beds. limited toilet paper, when asked for another roll was told none available. If it had not been for the fact that I would have been charged for the rooms I would have gone somewhere else, if this is the way a Platinum member gets treated, never again

Although the room was nice Wasn't overly clean, had to wipe out the hot tub before using it. The ice bucket for champagne had rust in the bottom breakfast was cold. Property was a disaster only because of renovations, but still., That was not even mentioned when we called in to make sure there was any rooms available, Hard to talk to on the phone We could not understand Anything they said, Night staff, she had no customer service and was extremely rude, said there was no bathrooms. they were out of order To find out that it wasn't out of order when the next , shift came in Went to stay another night and communication again was an issue.Then when they found out , I was using my koho account again To pay for it, they said they didn't accept koho. As it's a prepaid credit card as it is not the credit rebuilding credit card, but nonetheless, then was charged for late checkout. When actually we weren't late cause we were staying another night.. But all of a sudden would not accept my card.So overall, I would probably not stay here again.I would sleep in the car even if it was the last hotel in town that had rooms available..

Property was a disaster only because of renovations, but still., That was not even mentioned when we called in to make sure there was any rooms available, Hard to talk to on the phone We could not understand Anything they said, Night staff, she had no customer service and was extremely rude, said there was no bathrooms. they were out of order To find out that it wasn't out of order when the next , shift came in Went to stay another night and communication again was an issue.Then when they found out , I was using my koho account again To pay for it, they said they didn't accept koho. As it's a prepaid credit card as it is not the credit rebuilding credit card, but nonetheless, then was charged for late checkout. When actually we weren't late cause we were staying another night.. But all of a sudden would not accept my card.So overall, I would probably not stay here again.I would sleep in the car even if it was the last hotel in town that had rooms available..
