Although the room was nice Wasn't overly clean, had to wipe out the hot tub before using it. The ice bucket for champagne had rust in the bottom breakfast was cold. Property was a disaster only because of renovations, but still., That was not even mentioned when we called in to make sure there was any rooms available, Hard to talk to on the phone We could not understand Anything they said, Night staff, she had no customer service and was extremely rude, said there was no bathrooms. they were out of order To find out that it wasn't out of order when the next , shift came in Went to stay another night and communication again was an issue.Then when they found out , I was using my koho account again To pay for it, they said they didn't accept koho. As it's a prepaid credit card as it is not the credit rebuilding credit card, but nonetheless, then was charged for late checkout. When actually we weren't late cause we were staying another night.. But all of a sudden would not accept my card.So overall, I would probably not stay here again.I would sleep in the car even if it was the last hotel in town that had rooms available..
