All in all, the hotel is decent. We were really looking forward to a jacuzzi but it was out of order. That was hugely disappointing. I wish we would’ve known this before booking.

Would not recommend staying here if you have the money to spare. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper and it said online that it offered a breakfast buffet and that there was a restaurant/bar in the building. What they fail to mention is the restaurant is only open from 7am - 9pm so we could not utilize it as we left early and got in late. Also no breakfast buffet (unlike what was advertised). Breakfast was in the restaurant and they provided a voucher for a free breakfast for only 1 morning of our stay and it said it only applied for 1 person out of the room. Beds were comfortable enough but floors were dirty and there were red feathers on our room carpet on arrival which did not give me much confidence the carpet had even been vacuumed. The only good thing I have to say was the parking lot is big so if you have a trailer of some kind (utility/stock) there is plenty of room to park. In my opinion spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

This hotel in fine. But for nearly $200 a night. I expect certain details to be tended to. The bathroom sink tap is so old and worn out thar it cannot be cleaned properly. Also, theres a lack of attention to detail. Like in our room, there was a flat screen TV sitting on a dresser, but there was also a flatscreen mount fixture hanging on the wall above it. A simple efdort could have been made to remove the flatscreen mount and plug the holes or even cover the wall damage with wall art. The room itself was clean enough, but the hallways smelled of stale cigarette (even though the rooms are nonsmoking) and there were many stains on the hallways rugs. The floating ceiling had a ton of damage and it was covered in sagging plastic. It didn't seem like they were in the middle of fixing it. It just looked like this was their solution to a real problem. So very run down overall. Again, I expect more once I am paying a certain price.

The first room was not clean and the tv didn’t work. We checked in at 4 and let them know about tv abs they said maintenance would be in at 530 to look at it. Then at 730pm they had us switch to a different room. That room was not clean either. Frozen juice box in freezer, the one pillow had blood on it and the bathroom was dirty with black scum. Only 2 towels when it slept 4 ppl. Heat didn’t work.. randomly went cold. The pool was cold not only the water but the room it self .The only good thing was the polite and friendly lady in the restaurant. She would be our only reason to come back

Shower was inoperable. Bathroom floor had dried urine all over it, as well as the side of the tub, and all down the toilet. Room carpet had debris and garbage all over it. The desk and the dresser tops had what looked like either pizza sauce or dried blood. The hot tub was inoperable. The pool had ice water from the roof leaking into it and was freezing cold and un swimmable. The bed sheets were stained and smelled like body odour as well as every single towel and face cloth.. Over all horrible experience. And i was charged full price when everyone else that i spoke to recieved 50 percent off their stay from our hockey team. There was no maintenance or housekeeping there and we were told our rooms would not recieve any attention during our two night stay. The front desk handed out gloves and cleaner to moms on our team to clean their own rooms upon our check in. Now i have a charge of 250, and the pending room charge of another 250 still on my credit card. Extremley unhappy and will NOT be using hotels.com until this is addressed.

Hotel stay was just ok. I thought for the price that was paid that the entire property was quite run down. Rooms were in need of significant repair/replacement especially the bathroom. Also, cobwebs up by light fixtures in the room just made me question how clean it truly was.

Our room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom area was a bit outdated(stained plastic cover over florescent light, chained drain plugs for shower&sink) TV mount was very loose and felt like it would fall off any second. However, it was very quiet and the being was comfortable. Plus we got a free breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy but prepared us for our day.

Our stay was a great, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room window looked in on the indoor pool and it looked so inviting, I went for a swim. We did get coupons for breakfast. Choice of eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast OR oatmeal and fruit. There were some details that made it less than perfect: a gaping hole in the bathroom counter that was suppose to hold tissue, towels were a bit skimpy, but nothing that dampened our stay. All the people were great! Dar in the restaurant and Dillon at the desk.

Room's were ok. My only window was to the pool which made it loud and with screaming kids not relaxing at all. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were tasty though limited. I only chose this one as had a hot tub and it was out of order.

Check in took close to an hour as they didn’t have a room for us. After searching and asking a colleague, a room somehow became available. Days later, I found that they charged a higher amount than my initial booking. I also found that they charged my credit card for someone else’s stay. They did refund me for the additional room charge but what an inconvenience.

Called to see if we could check in early staff could not find our reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in quite early due to an event, and we were accommodated very well. Very clean and the staff was friendly

Staff were incredibly rude and once we were ready to check out and pay (we were in a rush) they made us pay an extra 20$ "extra person fee" for 20$ which was never listed in the post. This made zero sense because I had booked a 4 person room and brought 4 people with me! They said it was because of the breakfast but they never made it clear that only one of the four people could have breakfast. All they said is that there was free breakfast no matter which room you booked. The hotel was meh and the food was average but just cause of the staff and shadey business behind what we were paying for make this a hard 1/5 for me.

Check in was fast and friendly but the overall experience at this hotel could have been better. It’s an old property and is in need of upgrading. The room I was checked into had an overwhelming mold smell that was poorly masked by a plug in air freshener. The hot water tap in the shower was not working properly so my family and I were taking cold/ hot showers while there. The following morning we went to restaurant where we were supposed redeem our free breakfast but left because there was only one server for the entire place which was packed.

The original room key we were given was for an uncleaned room ... we weren't actually evev sure the people had checked out, yet. The girl at the desk apilogized and was able to get us keys to a new cleaned room.

I got here and they said no one told them a room was reserved. I had to wait forever with my 4 year old kid at midnight and it was ridiculous.

The Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and in good condition. The pillows were awesome and the bed was very comfortable. My complimentary breakfast was way above average and the food was really good. I also ate in the lounge and both the food and the service were great. They used a house made patty for my burger. As a person who is a bit of a “road warrior” and who basically lived out of a suitcase and stayed in hotels 80 nights a year for 20 years, this hotel exceeded my expectations by a lot. I’d stay here again and I’d recommend this hotel

Hotel was conveniently located just off the highway. The hotel is very ild and in need of a renovation. The room was ok but there was a very musty odor in the stairwell and hallway. Check in staff were lovely but overall I feel there would be better options in the area.

I like the property. Nice rooms, great staff! The buffet breakfast however, was mostly room temp food, and I was told that was all that was available to me, when in fact I could have ordered off the regular menu and gotten a 'hot' meal which was what was promised

Would not recommend staying here if you have the money to spare. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper and it said online that it offered a breakfast buffet and that there was a restaurant/bar in the building. What they fail to mention is the restaurant is only open from 7am - 9pm so we could not utilize it as we left early and got in late. Also no breakfast buffet (unlike what was advertised). Breakfast was in the restaurant and they provided a voucher for a free breakfast for only 1 morning of our stay and it said it only applied for 1 person out of the room. Beds were comfortable enough but floors were dirty and there were red feathers on our room carpet on arrival which did not give me much confidence the carpet had even been vacuumed. The only good thing I have to say was the parking lot is big so if you have a trailer of some kind (utility/stock) there is plenty of room to park. In my opinion spend the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Room was smelled from the ac unit not being on, remote batteries were dead, shower fan didn’t work, hair dryer was broke, bathroom door literally was falling apart, mold. Unreal, and when I said something was told that I should have asked to change rooms….sorry we didn’t check the hair dryer and vents at midnight. Moving all our luggage at that time would have been very convenient…Wouldn’t rent that room to a dog. The front of the building is redone but the rest is a dump.

My room was clean but only window looked onto the pool, so felt dark and smelt like chlorine (I did not mind the smell at all). No ice machine I think. And mild in the bathroom which should be remedied but still overall clean. Would stay here again. Two nights was comfortable. Did not have time to use pool or eat there (as I was visiting people).
