The worst night spent in a hotel ever. Lost power around 9pm plunged into darkness. No heat. Could hear every step (running) upstairs. People’s conversations carried through walls and ceiling. Future visits to Hawkesbury will not include this property and won’t be booked through Hotels.com.

Hotel was excellent and staff was amazing. As our last stay on our vacation, this hotel had the best pool facility of them all. Pool, hot tub and steam sauna and the pool room had floor to curling windows on two sides so it felt relaxing unlike others where you felt you were in a dungeon. A must stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Broken elevator, broken shower, bathroom needs new caulking around bathtub, it’s almost black from dirt. However, front desk clerk was very helpful, because elevator was not working and my daughter cannot use stairs he immediately searched for a room on main floor.

The suite we had was excellent, and the staff could not do enough for us. The indoor pool and heated spa were great. The breakfast buffet included was the best of the 6 hotels we have stayed at so far on this trip.

Stayed there 6 nights. Both ice machines broken and not willing to fix them. Pool and hot tub water not overly clean. Breakfast is not consistent depending on the day or time. Shower/tub combo doesn't have any anti-slip mat. I slipped several times, one time resulting in a 2-3in bruise on my leg.

The Inn had courteous, knowledgable staff; the breakfast was included hot and cold choices, yogurt and more. The pool was clean as was the workout room. The climate control in the room was responsive. There were two handicapped parking spots close to the front door.

Pros: area is super quiet at night because it's like an industrial/business area; parking is right outside and felt like there were more spaces than guests so it was easy to park; room was nice and breakfast was delicious! Cons: bathroom was not very clean, there were visible spots of dirt and some hair on the floor.

The location of the hotel is cnvenient. Near of restaurent, grocery and gas station. The room was clean when we entered. We walked barefoot on in the room and within 10 min, our feet were very dirty. Obviously, the floor hasn't beed washed for a very long time.

Our room was dirty, floors were dirty. beds were not made the same. The mini fridge had stuff spilled in it. I would drive a little further to stay somewhere else. No elevator, just a service elevator. The flooring in the service elevator was coming apart. Building needs some renovations.

Paid almost 400$ for 2 nights for a run down , dirty and smelly room. Right as we stepped foot in the room you get hit with the smell of urine, moisture and mustiness. The rooms are run down and lack cleanliness. Very poor air circulation throughout the rooms. You feel sticky just sitting in the room. The blankets were covered in holes and stains ontop of feeling dewey. Even the towels were Dewey from the moisture. The pillows had a musty smell. It was gross and super dissapointed for the amount we paid for our 2 night stay. Will never ever ever be back. Would have been better to just sleep in my car for the 2 nights. At least it would have been cleaner. On a bright note. The Continental breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff were also very nice.

Bit of mildew on shower tile, TV not hooked up to WiFi (not working) and worst part was my daughter had a bed bug on her arm just before we checked out. Evidence of bug in my bed, not hers. Luggage was on floor (no racks in room) so I had to launder everything immediately to be safe.

This hotel needs some updating; the drapes were torn from top to bottom, the uphostery on the chair was seriously fraying and tearing, and the bathroom door needed washing/repainting. The promotional/advertizing material left in the room promised a fridge which was absent and a newspaper that never materialized. The smoking area was unavoidable as it was situated at the entrance requiring traversing while entering and exiting. The elevator is problematic. The staff were friendly and accomodating and the breakfasts were good.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely but that was it. The bedding was very sparse and I had to ask for a blanket. The room was freezing. I had to keep the fan on all the time on the heating system because it was so loud which then blew cold air. The second night after I asked for a blanket it was slightly better but not ideal. There is clearly a problem with people coming in who weren’t guests and the police were there in our second night. Scary to be staying alone and felt unsafe. Worst hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time.

A good place to stay. An older property that looked a little “tired” in places. Room 111, the king mattress needs replacing because of a big sunken area on the left side. The laminated floor is showing its age a bit. Not a criticism, just observation. Overall, the hotel was quite good.

Helpful and polite staff. Clean room. Efficient AC. But No noise insulation at all. I could hear perfectly people walking on the second floor making cracking ceiling noise which was very annoying and substandard for the price. The noise prevented me from sleeping a good part of the night. Bed sheets are only a high number of very thin layers which was not very comfortable. The breakfast is left to the guests without supervision. Almost every toaster don't work. If you plan to stay, bring earbuds. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hôtel. I would recommend this hotel if rooms were 50$ cheaper.

There is nothing special about the Inn, In comparison to other hotels I have stayed at for similar rates this Inn was was a disappointment. Staff were not enthusiastic, breakfast was sub par, the quality of the workmanship was below average, no elevator, parking issues due to other events going on in the Inn.

It was the closest from the Hawkesbury Hospital, where we have an exam scheduled for late evening. It was very convenient, a very nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean and confortable. We loved it and will be our buchoice again if we need to stay in Hawkesbury.

The breakfast is horrible not a lot of options, the coffee is not good, the eggs are bad and the bagels are not fresh at all and the appliances like the toaster are bad. Also there’s one blanket in the bed and it’s so uncomfortable it feels like we’re sleeping with cardboard

Older building, old uncomfortable furniture. Poor breakfast selection. Dirty dining area...look under the tables. Cheap temporary structure in front of main doors is unsightly and people smoke in that area...including staff. Drifts in when doors open. Staff not so friendly..dont acknowledge or greet you like in most hotels. Overall disappointing stay.

The suite we had was excellent, and the staff could not do enough for us. The indoor pool and heated spa were great. The breakfast buffet included was the best of the 6 hotels we have stayed at so far on this trip.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. I only have one suggestion in regards to the continental breakfast you need to included gluten free items for customer with celiac disease. I couldn't eat anything for both of the mornings.

A 2 days girl shopping spree in Hawkesbury. This is our go-to hotel. Fast, efficient check-in, friendly staff. Our room was very clean and spacious with no carpets which I really like. We enjoyed the hot tub. The pool is a little cold. We ordered in supper and were able to use the breakfast room to eat our dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoy the free coffee and tea available at all times. The shower took a long time to heat up, but once you know this, it's ok. Hotel is close to everything.

Chambre sale et très forte odeur d’humidité (avec en bonus les traces des occupants précédents sur les murs..) Évier de salle de bain bouché, rideau de douche qui sent la moisissure. Ce ne fut pas un séjour agréable du tout. L’eau de la piscine est tellement froide que même d’autres visiteurs n’y sont pas allés. Ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix.

The room was tired and in major need of updating. The curtains were hanging down as in broken. The closets were useless and dirty, meaning once you opened the rickety bifold door, it was near impossible to get it shut and it was dusty and dirty inside the closet. The room came with only one roll of toilet paper, the towels, which there were only a few, were thread bare and some of them stained. The pillows were useless and I can only imagine how old. The bed was like a flat rock to sleep on. The fridge made a loud vibration noise for the first day and night, which was annoying. The 2nd night we had a noisy neighbor on the 2nd floor, pacing their floor with shoes on for over and hour, starting at 1030pm. We stayed there 8 years ago and it was old, but clean and usable, this time we were seriously grossed out, but there is no other hotel to stay in this particular area. Also they rent it out to construction workers, so at night if you don't get there in time, the parking spots are taken up by the construction trucks. They charge a lot of money for this place, because they can, because there is no other place to stay in this area, unless you travel for 30 or more minutes. It should be called the NO Quality Inn. Please fix it up or build another!

Everything was fine but the fridge hummed, sounding like cooing doves. A staff member came and turned it down so it stopped but it started up again shortly after. We couldn’t hear it in the bedroom.
