Bad: Exercised room very small, smell of plastics floor tile which unusable to stay without window. One of two Elevator out for a week , duration of my stay. No slipper or toothpaste and toothbrush. Noisy AC. No breakfast or pool. Good is convenient near shop and restaurant. 15 min to downtown with shops and restaurants. Easy free access. Overall quiet property.

All good. Very Good customer service. Attend to anything very promptly and politely. Wish both elevators as well as the ice machine on the lower floor was working. Will recommend this place and have no issues booking this place once again. Thankyou

Getting too lazy. It’s up to the vacationer to say when and where they want or need something. Rooms were small. Elevators extremely slow for only 4 floors Front desk ignored our request for additional towels and played dumb when my hubby went to get some after waiting 45 minutes for someone to bring any Charged the full room rate upon arrival. Won’t chose this hotel again.

Getting too lazy. It’s up to the vacationer to say when and where they want or need something. Rooms were small. One of the worst experience ever. There war mold around toilet sit and can't even see. When i ask for change room first they say yes. After all big argue finally i got another room which i wasn't agreed to move on but i had too because it was too late. Will never come back on this property. If you need reference i have recorded video.

The room needed some work with being clean. I don’t think it was fully cleaned. It had a very musky mildew smell had to get the sheets changed because of a stain. Tub did not look clean.

Pubic hair in the shower that I noticed in the morning, so didnt take my shower. When i told the clerk as I was checking in, instead of offering apology, credits ir refund, she vaguely acknowledge saying she will tell housekeeping.

There was no hot water in the mornings to take a shower. Unacceptable. The toilet was disgusting and dirty when we arrived the nights stands were dirty and had some kind of gross dried up stuff on them. It was such a disgusting hotel and I would never go back.

I checked in and everything was great, then went to work, later returned and was eating my dinner at the kitchen counter and a mouse ran by me. Called down to inform them and was asked if wanted to change rooms. When I arrive at front desk I asked to be moved to Sandman signature across the street as this is where I normally stay. I will not return to this Sandman

The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very very small. There is nothing else in the hotel, and for breakfast you would have to go to Danny's attached to the hotel. Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.

My first room smelled funny and was very damp, but when I requested another room at the front desk they obliged and swapped me into another room that was perfectly fine. Hats off to the staff, they were gracious and accepting and resolved the issue quickly. That greatly added to the enjoyment of my stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. They have some good dining options. The room was clean. The staff were to friendly and accommodating. The only pain point was the A/C unit which was loud when it turned on so it was hard to have meeting when working or even listening to TV. Thanks, Regi

The shower head uses as much water as a fire hose, the curtain rod was sagging, the room smelled musty, and the pillows were too firm. I don’t watch TV in a hotel often, but the TV was as small as a computer monitor. Considering the hotel is owned by the same company that owns Denny, and the Dallas stars, you’d think they could spend some money on cleaning, maintenance, mild modernizations and making it more eco friendly.

I’ve stayed there before. Convenient location with easy access. My only complaints were that the AC unit in my room was very loud and kept banging when kicking in. My second was I could not use the shower as there was no way to customize the setting, there was only hot water, which slightly scalded my hand when trying to test the temperature of the water. Not being able to shower in the morning wasn’t the way I wanted to start my day. When I mentioned it at checkout they thanked me for the feedback but said I should have told them earlier so I could have switched rooms. How was I to know there was a problem until I tried to use it. I definitely would have moved it staying a second night

I was there with my two kids , ac was not working i asked to be switched to another room but they couldn’t get another room the manager and other employees was not nice and they didn’t care about us just and ignored us I end up leaving the room at middle of the night terrible service I would not recommend that hotel to anyone

Check in was slow- wasn’t give any information about amenities etc. The mattress in the room didn’t fit on the bed frame, it literally was hanging off the edges and was uncomfortable.

Power failure aside as you have no control over that but the incompetence at the desk was over the top. After having to carry our baggage up 4 floors without being offered assistance or light we were given the key for room 428. When I opened the door we surprised a couple, shall we say "taking advantage of the lights out" situation. Extremely embarrassing for both parties, more so for them! So now we had to descend the stairs with our gear to book a new room, still with no assistance being offered. Now to add insult to injury with the light of day we found the carpet to be littered with the detrius of the last occupants. You guys need to step up your game!

One of the reasons why I chose Sandman is due to the proximity to the hwy. I find that it is easy to get around from this point to the other areas of the Vancouver , Richmond, Surrey without having to fight trafiic. And when it comes time to return home Hwy 1 is just around the corner.

we stayed on a Saturday night. There is a night club located next to the Hotel and the music was extremely loud. Twin beds are not comfortable.

WE WERE KEPT AWAIT UNTIL PAST 02:00 DUE TO THE BAR THAT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE HOTEL PLAYED THE MUSIC FAR TOO LOUD. WE WILL NOT STAY AT THE HOTL AGAIN IF OUR ROOM IS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE HOTEL.

The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very very small. There is nothing else in the hotel, and for breakfast you would have to go to Danny's attached to the hotel. Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.

Bad: Exercised room very small, smell of plastics floor tile which unusable to stay without window. One of two Elevator out for a week , duration of my stay. No slipper or toothpaste and toothbrush. Noisy AC. No breakfast or pool. Good is convenient near shop and restaurant. 15 min to downtown with shops and restaurants. Easy free access. Overall quiet property.

Stayed for two nights with my 16 year old son. Clean room, comfortable beds and amazing rain shower heads with fabulous water pressure! Lots of plugs and usbs in the room. Would be nice to have an included breakfast but Denny’s next door was convenient. Great location and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location just off highway in Langley. Overall, cleanliness, comfort and upkeep was very good. Plantings we found lacking was the fitness room (very small and only open till 9pm), and the front desk couldn’t give any change for a $5 bill. But aside from these relatively minor items, everything else was excellent.

Overall the room was good. Bed too soft for my liking but the pillows were great. Everything was clean and neat. Noise level was good. I was close to the lobby so I heard more than most would. I would stay here again.
