Swimming pool water was cold!

I gave 3 stars on amenities because there is no hot tub and the dumping buckets in the pool for kids dont work.

I booked this facility for the gym as it was near where my meeting was. Both treadmills did not work and the stair climber was so unbalanced it was borderline dangerous.

Everything was fine. Nothing outstanding. The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor. Had to go up to the 5th to get ice. Elevator button would not work to go up from fourth. No big issues- just ok. Breakfast was average.

Spacious rooms! Easy to get to, plenty of parking

Everything was great except the pool room and the pool was very cold all day and unfortunately the kids couldn't swim.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast and attentive staff both cleaning and front of house. Public transport links that take you to Milton GO that takes you into the centre of Toronto. Small gym but really nice swimming pool as well as coffee on offer throughout the day. Rooms are nice and spacious with good bathroom facilities as well. A two star hotel is harsh, I’d say it’s a three star. They do need to invest in a new dryer though.

I thought the male tall receptionist was amazing. I did not enjoy the breakfast the egss and potatoes and oatmeal was not tasty . The gym area was very Hot the AC did not work and multiple TV channels did not work

The indoor pool was extremely cold, felt like am outdoor pool😪

No ice machines working

Rooms are clean but corridors and elevators were disgusting.

The room had mold and smelled musty. Changed room allocation many times to see If it would alleviate issue but the rooms all had an issue. The hotel did allow us to cancel our second night, however I would bece to back.

Great staff and clean property

We had no hot water for 3 days, making it a very uncomfortable end to the day when it’s muggy and hot out. We were not offered any compensation or even informed that the hot was wasn’t working. We called the front desk multiple times before we were even able to reach a staff member. The pool was FILTHY, you could see and smell the scum around the edges.

I don’t appreciate the service I got first room I went to there was bed bugs . Second room I couldn’t get in my room for over on hour because the door wouldn’t open and the poor lady at the front desk was struggling to even get me in my room

The property was very clean especially the room . I enjoyed the morning breakfast and overall it was my best experience with this property.

Found a bed bug in bathroom

We were surprised by the accessibility of the property from the main artery, the friendly atmosphere and overall atmosphere. The cleaning of the room is very well done and in a timely manner; as per the cleanliness of the corridors, elevators and dining areas, is to be desired. Also the seats in the dining room, are TO LOW it is as you are sitting on the floor

Myself & my boyfriend stayed for 4 nights and while it was pretty quiet and Parking was easy and convenient the room itself wasn’t that clean. Found hairs on the shower doors and dirt on the glass doors, not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, looked to be tooth base on the vanity, floors didn’t looked washed in bathroom, carpets wernt too clean. Iv stayed in Holiday Inns before in Ontario I think this hotel chain has the potential to be high in ranking if their cleanliness was much better.

Clean hotel, room is spacious and the bed was super comfy. My only complaint is the quality of the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was one of the worst. Very little selection. And, One thing i’d love to see gone is those crappy scrambled eggs that they all serve. Taste like salty, fake garbage. Bring back the real eggs. This hotel had some strange chicken patty instead of sausage or bacon, and it just seemed odd.

Beds were comfortable. There is a breakfast included that was very good and lots of variety. The air conditioner in the room was very old and did not create a very good room experience. It was very loud and the fan speed did not appear to be working. It's was too cold and uncomfortable. We did not sleep all night. The TV was also not working, could not get any signal to watch TV. They said it was because of the rain storm, but doubtful because the TV in the lobby area was working.

Very quiet rooms and they were large with space to open 2 suitcases. Also liked refrig with freezer and microwave. Laundry came in handy. Do not like the tall beds. Wife is short and had alot of trouble getting into the bed!

So the tv wasn’t working properly but they did fix it , plus I suggest you add Netflix and Prime to your tv subscriptions

Easy check in, recognized as IHG member (free bottle of water), clean room, lots of parking, clean foyer. Could hear next door neighbour coughing (thin walls) but eventually stopped.

Room was spacious, clean amd ideal for my overnight stay. Building staff was very couteous and helpful on check in.

I was not able to sleep properly du to the fact that the bed was grooving on one side and I end up in that depression.

This review is more for customer service. I just wanted to highlight how amazing the manager Saif was at connecting with and helping me with some issues we had with our booking. He was very accommodating when I was unable to make my reservation and allowed me to add an alternate family member who could take over the reservation. He was also very understanding with the disappointment we had when the pool heater was broken and so cold it couldn't be used. He reached out immediately to address my concerns and we were able to come to an arrangement. I have to say I have never in my life had someone in customer service be so quick to reach out and make sure a customer was happy.

The hotel and room itself were clean. The internet was out on My first night which meant no TV or Wifi available. I asked about it to the staff but they basically said “it is what it is”. No refunds or even credits given for the inconvenience. The windows aren’t very nose reducing as I could hear people talking in the parking and traffic.

We chose to stay at this hotel as it was in close proximity to the venue a close friend was hosting her birthday. The front desk clerk was rude and condesending from the start. Not a hello just a cold are you checking in? I'll need to see ID. After providing ID, I was handed a debit machine with no total displayed for the holding fee. When I questioned why I could not see the total I was told it was a hold of $250 for using my debit card. I had left my purse in the car with my husband and did not have my credit card handy and simply did not trust the lack of transparency on the card reader. Rather than arguing with her I went to the attached bar to have a drink while I waited for my husband to return. After checking in we were advised not once but twice we could not have late check out and that noon we would have to leave. When we checked out a new clerk questioned why we decided to leave so early as our late checkout was approved and we could actually stick around till 4pm. Since we were already packed and upset about not having this knowledge prior we left. The extra couple hours sleep would have done us well as it was a late night at the party. Poor communication and condescending staff is this hotels downfall and quite frankly the only saving grace was the attached bar as staff over there know a thing or two about customer service This room was booked using our earned free stay and I paid the difference to secure a nice overnight stay. I wish I had not wasted my money.

What a friendly place ! Staff were ever so helpful during my stay and even accommodated my tardiness for an excellent breakfast (I was late). Saif Khan was nothing but a Gentleman and helped me resolve an issue I was having with a booking placed in error. Will stay here again.

Room was comfortable and Staff was helpful Location is very "industrial" and signs in parking lot stating "hotel not responsible for items left in your vehicle" is a bit unnerving when you arrive.

Stayed on a Thursday night. Hotel was nice and quiet with ample parking. Location was convenient and just minutes off the 401.

Clean, and if you can book early, pricing was fair. Included breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, there is a restaurant next to the gas station that was good and within walking distance. Rooms were made up every day.

I would stay there again. Although right off a major highway, it is located in a quiet business park area. Being by hwy gives ease of access.

Hotel itself was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly. I just wish there was more dining options within walking distance to the hotel. We had to DoorDash food majority or the time because everything was far

Its all commercial Area

Great location, very close to Hwy 401 and easy access to Milton.

During our trip to Toronto, we planned on going to Niagara and Canada Wonderland. It was nice that this hotel was in the middle of the two. Only 35 mins from the airport. Downside was not much stores/restaurants close by. Not a big deal for us since we were out most of the time away from the hotel. Good choice if looking for a place to sleep with free breakfast.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 4, staff were friendly and the pool was an added bonus. Included breakfast was not great but good enough to get by. Good location 25 minutes from Toronto airport. Would happily stay again.

Room was good. Staff were friendly on check in. Breakfast was mediocre, no regular coffee available and were barely warm.

I've stayed here a couple of times now. The breakfast was ice cold both times. I'll rethink staying here next time.

The appliances making the pancakes and waffles were not functioning properly. The pancake machine was inconsistent in making whole pancakes. Sometimes it came out mushy or undercooked. The waffle maker did not have a timer. You had to time it yourself and it too was inconsistent with the results. Other than breakfast, the hotel was excellent.

Went down for breakfast at 940 nothing to eat ask girl. She said not bringing anything out so i had go out side to another and spend 50 dollars on breakfast was not happy

They have 2 ice machines one was out of order the other wouldnt produce any ice even after waiting the 10 minutes to let it catch up that the main desk suggested. Staff was not very friendly and took forever to come to desk when we qrrived for check in. Breakfast was pretty gross eggs were mushy and wet and the "ham sausages" were literally dried out over cooked cut up ball park franks. The room wasnt bad overall.

We did not spend much time at the hotel or use the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Very basic and the eggs very bland and the coffee very weak. I took advantage of the Keurig in our room. But if you are just looking for something to tided you over it will do the trick. The room had minimum towels and if you are two people showering each day you will need to ask them to bring you towels, which they will do no problem. Overall a good stay but the breakfast could use some work.

Breakfast very disappointing. Sausage rounds totally freezer burnt. Big white marks on them from being old in freezer. See pics. Egg like stuff tasteless textureless. Breads were stale. Walked away breakfast was not worth eating.

Continental breakfast was more than continental as there was a variety of hot and cold food.
