I was honestly disappointed beyond words by this hotel. We stayed there during my brother-in-law’s visit from Mexico, and they never informed us that housekeeping was not provided daily. When I asked about it, they told me that I should have requested for the room to be cleaned. I then asked them to please come and at least pick up the garbage from the room, which they refused to do. Instead, they offered me a garbage bag so I could take care of it myself. I’m fully aware that this is not a five-star hotel, but they charge rates comparable to a three- or four-star property, and they are certainly not worth it. The rooms were horrible and loud, but what really put me off was the fact that they couldn’t even provide the basic service of emptying a garbage bin. I would never stay at this hotel again. It’s honestly a shame that they are associated with Sheraton, because apparently that name doesn’t mean much here.

Our room was very clean, service was excellent - especially multiple requests for various transport to events and early morning shuttles (included). Even our very early airport shuttle driver was super friendly! Front desk staff also super helpful and kind.

Trevligt hotell nära flygplatsen med bra shuttleservice. Rummen börjar bli lite slitna men pool och gym var fräscha.

Very good price for the room using hotel.com. Maintenance responded properly to turn on the TV which was very simple! Beautiful evening view of airport tower and lights. Front desk was very friendly after a canceled flight. Hotel is a bit old but I didn't mind. That's very comfortable and lots of pillows. Reserve a hotel there again.
