The team at the site was lovely and accommodating. Location was convenient and having airport transportation worked for us. However the maintenance of the room and hotel is very poor. The elevator was scary - loud, rattled and felt very unsafe. The room had a clean bed, but a number of issues we overlooked because we needed to stay here. The lamp was broken There was a stain on two walls and ceiling - not sure if it was mildew or mold? The shelf in the bathroom wasn’t level. Missed electrical cover plates and just a lot of things missed. Overall it gave us a space for a few nights - but I won’t return.

They should work on their bathtub and sink

The man at the front desk was exceptionally rude on check in. We had called to ask for airport shuttle, the only reason I booked this hotel, and we were told approximately 1.5-2h wait to be picked up. We were not asked for our name or number, and called from another number after about 25 minutes. Again, we were not asked for any of our information. After a six hour flight we found this unacceptable and ordered an uber. Upon check in, I inquired if they would refund this uber as they advertise shuttle service, and he got exceptionally defensive immediately, yelling at myself and the people I was with that we never called, they never had our number or name on file. We showed him our call history to prove that we did in fact call for a shuttle, and he continued to be dismissive and exceptionally rude. We understand that shuttles can be busy, but that is a ridiculous wait time and should not have happened. We completed our check in and the room was fine. Beds were hard but good enough to sleep on for one night. Breakfast was okay, but not anything special. Coffee machine didn’t work at the breakfast. We were just very disappointed with how we were treated upon check in for asking a simple question. Will not be using this hotel again.

Great hot breakfast and airport shuttle is convenient. Although it may take 40 minutes for pickup at the Toronto YYZ airport.

Very dirty. The hallway clearly hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Garbage left in the hallways when I left in the morning, was still there when I returned 15 hours later. The temperature in the room when I walked in was about 40 degrees Celsius because the staff had cranked the heater to max temp and max fan. Not much parking, even less with the snow. Cars and trucks were double parked all over. And you can only enter/exit the hotel via the lobby in the middle of the building, their stairwells are alarmed so you can't exit, even though your room is at the end of the hall, and your car is right near the door. The hotel room doors are very thin, very thin and not sealed in any way. Every sound in the hallway is heard which is very annoying when trying to sleep and people are coming and going at all hours of the night, as one would expect being near the airport.

Poorly maintained. Gym was basically a size of a broom closet, no air circulation and too hot to do a workout. I had to wait almost 2 hrs for the airport shuttle pick up.

There is a hot breakfast which is good, with good options. The shuttle service was slow in coming when we arrived. The number they gave us to call rang without an answer several times before someone finally answered. It did eventually come but it was a hassle to get it in the first place. Leaving to the airport however was fine, you selected your time and the shuttle left on time.

Party hotel… If this what u are looking for .. come to this place. There is “vomit” in the hallways and no one at the front desk to complaint. Several people knocking on doors .. very unsafe as a woman traveling alone! Dirty … disgusting filthy ! No idea if someone is in charge of this place… disgusting!

Security at this hotel, door access to second floor left open from outside people sleeping in the hallway on a couch. Garbage bags in hallways.

The sheets were clean but the remainder of the space was so dirty. There was dust all over the room and the bathroom had mold. The hallways were dirty. There was free breakfast but I wouldn’t even eat there

Nous avons eu des poils dans les lits dans la première chambre. 2 e chambre, nous avons eu des punaises de lit. Plus d’une cinquantaine de piqures. Nous avons trouvé 2 punaises au matin. Pis quand j’ai demandé un remboursement, ils ont dit à expédia (l’hôtel) que c’était des fourmis malgré les photos prise des punaises et mes piqûres. Franchement, l’hôtel fait dure. Normalement, le client devrait être bien traité.

Never again to this hotel it’s really dirty there’s bugs in bed also in the washroom there’s some kinda of ants crawling it’s very disgusting seeing this in a place that you wanna sleep in over night never expected this I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone I’m.im not trying to ruin their reputation but that’s an honest review

The hotel itself was soooo dirty!!!! The corridor to our room was not cleaned everyday and trash was on the floor. Our room had an awful smell and we can smell cigarette smoke.

Everything was okay, but there were cockroaches. Customer service wasn’t very great either.

Extremely dirty, hair on bathroom floor, the condition of the room was terrible and more than deteriorated. No water pressure in the shower. When entering the back door through the parking lot the dumpster was overflowing, garbage bags on the ground with visible rodent when walking into the facility in the evening. Terrible!

The room that was originally allocated had sketchy internet. Staff appeared reluctant to change my room but finally did after four requests. Otherwise, the experience was fine with value for money

Airport shuttle was impossible to book without waiting 30-1 hr long to be picked up. I was hung up on trying to book a shuttle one evening. My room is in need of a makeover

Airporr shuttle was okay. Breakfast was okay - justbthe exact same over the three days. The property needs touch ups in many areas. The wifi was iffy at times. The Cable TV froze constanly. .

Bed and pillows very hard. Walls very thin. Could hear the couple next to us coupling. Was very hard to explain to the toddler with us and get her to sleep

AC in room didn’t work well. Beds are VERY uncomfortable and hard. Tap for the shower didn’t turn off all the way and when showering ran out of hot water. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Disappointing that there was no bacon or hasbrowns/homefries. Overall, it was an ok stay for the time that we were there. Nice to come home to our own bed though.

I could not sleep well. Aircraft noise alll day and into the night . Also a delivery truck at 330 am woke me and it was a hour of constant noise outside my room window . The police were there when i checked in and i knew there was going to be problems. Vending machine ws carzy expensive . I would not stay here agia

Extremely disappointing experience. The property presents itself as a hotel but feels more like a roadside motel — at hotel-level pricing. The walls are paper-thin. We could hear everything from the adjacent room, including persistent, inappropriate disturbances over two nights. There was constant traffic in and out of the room next door, which made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It very much felt like the room next door was being used for purposes other than accommodation. I would not recommend staying here.

Best staff and clean room totally satisfied

We had booked the shuttle for 725am, no driver and when asked at the front desk they said he was stuck in traffic, the van was parked out front. The driver pulled in for work and sauntered into the lobby, 20 minutes late. We asked him to hurry and the driver just smirked and slowed down. We almost missed our flight, no action by the front desk staff, just shrugged his shoulders and walked away

We were just very disappointed with how we were treated upon check in for asking a simple question. Will not be using this hotel again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Clean rooms. We loved having the airport shuttle available to us. Breakfast was buffet style and was tasty.

Jade, who works at reception, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. She helped arrange a surprise visit from a friend with remarkable results. She also helped us with transportation around the area giving us pointers and assistance. She would be the reason we would rebook!

We checked in late by 10.05 pm and still the room wasn’t ready. Originally our check in time was 3pm. We had already informed them about the late check in, to which they agreed. When we went there at 10pm they informed us that the room isn’t ready as they are short on staff. We then requested to keep our bags so that we can atleast go out for some food but they said they don’t have any such area to keep any luggage. So we had to wait for 20-25 minutes. Once the room was ready we had to call the front desk as the washroom wasn’t cleaned and had red stains. No apology from the hotel’s side and we were still charged the full price for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing.

Rude staff, poor condition and cleanliness of room, staff did not pick up phone for the shuttle so I had to uber. Would not recommend.

The airport shuttle man yelled at me on the phone, no respect to people at all. Would not come to the airport for over 1.5 hours because “he was just there”. Took a taxi to the room and have not been reimbursed. At the hotel, electric work was shoddy and will be reported to the authority accordingly. My husband received an electrical shock from the loose lamp outlet. We have pictures and videos and will be following up to ensure other travellers are not injured. The hotel is lucky the shock was small and my husband was uninjured. There was no manager on site the entire 12 hours we were there and nobody has responded to our emails that they advised us to send. Hotels.com should remove this as an option from their website for liability reasons. I will be seeking a full refund + compensation for my stay. Should have never needed a taxi from the airport nor an Uber to the airport the next morning but alas, the airport shuttle is hardly existent. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in Canada. This was the last night of my honeymoon and it was beyond awful.

Clean room and very friendly staff. The breakfast was extremely good too.

Excellent value for a spacious queen bed room with sofa and updated, modern bathroom. Other than a slightly wonky leg on the coffee table and a few crumbs left on the floor the room was clean and well maintained. I would have appreciated more tv channels than five but at least they included sports channels! Very convenient with the more-than-continental breakfast and on-time shuttle to the airport included in the room price. Unfortunately it is located in an industrial-like area of largely car dealerships and a few fast food chains.

It’s convenient for overnight stay and close to the airport. The rooms need some improvement , lots of noises outside during the night but overall it’s good enough for layover to catch the next flight.

It in of the beaten path so NO restaurants around closest is a 15 walk if you have transport you are ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good for restaurants, the highway, and the airport. You could hear the planes constantly. The hotel needs an update.

Breakfast was more than adequate. Airport shuttle was convenient and available 24hrs. Room was clean but the front door was hard to close, floor transition to the bathroom was broken, minor maintenance issues. Also, the hallways required vacuuming.

The only downfall of the breakfast is the same as we find almost everywhere….keeping it hot.

Overall, it was a decent experience as a first time guest at the Quality Inn in Mississauga, Ontario. The room, lobby and exterior areas were clean, the staff were friendly, and most amenities were in good condition. The only things that I wished were better was the Breakfast (some items were served cold, and the bread was hard like a rock) and that poor Automatic Door at the front entrance was clearly on its last legs. The reader was not registering that people were standing in front of it. The shuttle guy was tapping the reader and it eventually opened. Thankfully it wasn’t -20 that day and we had someone who knew what to do to get inside. Being stuck out in the cold would have really sucked. Automatic doors should be, you know, Automatic. Not hoping for the best.

We stayed at this hotel for a 6am flight. The planes were loud over head and I just wish they had a few things to grab for breakfast for an early flight as the breakfast doesn’t open until 6am. No coffee available

Chambre propre, déjeuner correct, manque un peu de réparation dans le corridor mais rien de majeur et propreté dans le stationnement. Le seul point plus négatif c’est l’attente au déjeuner pour les gaufres et le manque de place pour manger mais hôtel bein correct pour le prix
