Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Moose Jaw

Incomplete construction at the front doors, holes in the wall in the hallway makes it unsightly to say the least

The staff were excellent. The pool was poorly used because the water was too cold. It was also disappointing that the hottub was out of commission.

Hotel is outdated. Bed was hard. Uncomfortable sleep. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel had an excellent brunch.

A/c was not working. We followed the directions in the room and had a very hot night. We mentioned to the hotel staff the next morning and were told oh no, it’s not working it just blows heat. Would have been nice to know when we checked in. Hot tub was still broken four months after our last stay. Ice machines were not working. No hot water at night, only in the morning. Vastly different stay from our last time. I’m thinking some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not. But likely won’t be booking here again.

Staff are friendly,. Hotel is older and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Included a hot breakfast, which was great. Definitely would stay again.
