Except for having to carry luggage cooler etc up the stairs to the second floor room.All was above average.

We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a bit dated, two floors and no elevator, but it was very clean, the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard but fine and the hotel was in a good location.

No elevator for people and pet who may have mobility problem..only stairs. Breakfast buffet is first come first serve (not refilled) so if a little later..choices are gone

Hotel has no elevators. One of our travellers had disability and we weren't assigned rooms on ground floor. Our disabled traveller was unable to haul luggage upstairs. On check-in, male receptionist was agreeable and helped with the luggage. But on check-out the then different attending receptionist refused to help bring the luggage down, saying it's not his job. He also said the check-in receptionist should not have helped us. Eventually he did help bring down some luggage, but grudgingly so. Will not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel.

It was perfect for an overnight stay after a long day of driving. The only negative I can say is that they don’t have elevators, or divine, to carry your bags up the stairs. Great breakfast. Nice not to have to go out to a restaurant, and just hit the road. Thank you

Bon accueil, on n'a pas pu avoir de chambre au rez de chaussée, impossible lorsqu'on reserve via cette application. Aussi, pour les déjeuners, peu de place avons dû rapporter notre déjeuner à notre chambre située au 2e étage et pas d'ascenseur. Difficile pour personne avec problème articulaire.

L'hôtel est bien, mais l'environnement n'est pas très beau. Le bâtiment est en pleine ville. Nous ne savions pas que les animaux étaient admis. Nous avions des valises lourdes et il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs puisque le bâtiment n'a que 2 étages. Le personnel nous a gentiment aidées.

Room had somebody’s panties left in the bathroom, by the hairdryer. One pillow had no case on it, almost like housekeeping had forgot the last one. Breakfast room so cramped and hot (table dirty, not wiped down) that we left to eat at Tim Hortons, despite breakfast free at the hotel. Room was 16 degrees when I got there. Awful experience.

Overall room size is congested and small but it’s clean . There are no elevators in building so if you need to carry suitcase to upper floors , Good luck . Breakfast is very limited , despite hotel being full , there were not sufficient items till breakfast time and only 1 staff to fill in items and clear . Some of the Front desk staff like the manager is Rude, if you request for something , otherwise other staff member were nice .

Très belle chambre très propre sur la coche !! au goût du jour et grand lit King plus confortable!! Merci !! Une étoile en moin pour l accueil pour un petit manque au niveau chaleur humaine comme accueil.

Chambre propre et lits confortables. Par contre, leur air climatisée est très bruyante et très près du lit. Petite fenêtre donc plutôt sombre comme chambre.

NEVER get a room beside an exit, we were on the 2nd floor, exit was on a connecting wall, VERY noisy with the in and out, people talking loud, really hard to sleep through that. We will keep this in mind for ANY hotel/motel we sleep in again. Also, the fan for the heating system blew on me all night long, would be nice to have instructions on how to shut it off, ''woke up'' stuffy from that. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, nice breakfast - but where the room was and the fan for the heating system, not good at all

De toutes mes années à voyager d’un hôtel à l’autre celle-ci et de loin la pire. La personne qui m’a reçu lors de mon enregistrement était pas du tout qualifié pour gérer les situations. Je commente très peu sur mes séjours dans les hôtels, à moins qu’il soit excellent. Et pour tous les autres, je n’en parle tout simplement pas. Mais pour celui-ci, je vais faire une exception, car le service que j’ai reçu à mon arrivée était très mauvais dû à l’arrogance et le manque de courtoisie, à quiconque, lis cette revue, je vous suggère fortement de passer droite.

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She saved us from having to speak very bad French by speaking excellent English to us!

Tina au comptoir soupire lorsqu’on arrive. À notre arrivée, elle s’obstinait avec une dame pour une réservation qu’elle ne trouvait pas dans le système, elle lui a donné notre chambre avec 2 lits tandis qu’elle avait réservé pour un seul. À notre tour, elle ne trouvait rien et nous a donné une chambre avec un seul lit tandis que j’ai réservé pour 2 lits car nous étions 3, j’ai demandé remboursement, j’ai quitté et maintenant je dois gérer un remboursement car la chambre m’a été chargé par Expedia.

Le personnel est des plus professionnel et courtois.

Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas je suis tombée malade. La personne a l’accueil M. Wabi a fait une erreur entre mon nom (Boileau) et le nom d’une autre cliente (Beaulieu). Il a ainsi facturé les 6 chambres de ma réservation sur la carte de crédit de cette Mme Beaulieu par erreur. Au moment où il a réalisé ce qu’il avait fait, il m’a appelé à ma chambre pour que je descende à la réception corriger la situation, mais j’étais alors indisposée, et nous nous sommes entendus pour régler le tout au matin. Jusqu’ici, rien de très désagréable, sauf pour cette pauvre madame que je ne connais pas et qui a payé 6 chambres contre son gré. Sauf qu’à 4h du matin, la police varge dans la porte de ma chambre d’hôtel parce qu’ils ont reçu un appel pour fraude (!) et vol d’identité (!) Non seulement le M. Wabi a fait une grave erreur de facturation, mais il met ça sur le dos de la cliente !! Alors je descends à la réception en pyjama (!) et je viens payer les chambres avec ma carte, et encore une fois, il refuse de reconnaître son erreur et sa responsabilité, même si je lui dis que je ne veux pas m’obstiner avec lui, il continue de m’expliquer en long et en large pourquoi il a eu raison de mélanger mon nom avec celui de l’autre cliente, pourquoi il a eu raison d’appeler la police… tout cela sans régler la situation, malgré que je lui avais donné ma carte. Un immense besoin de se justifier et aucune considération pour les préjudices infligés.

Love that this hotel is very close to a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. Very convenient! Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are super and the breakfast is really good

We enjoyed our stay, we were close to Bic which is where we wanted to hike at the park. The only thing that wasn't great was the AC was a bit noisy, but that wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

Belle chambre, propre. Notre réservation avait bien été enregistrée. À 2 km du centre ville et restaurants. Clovis à la réception a été très accueillant et professionel.

It's located in a very good place. easy to explore around the hotel. I2s quite and safe, which gives peace during your stay.

Le menu est frais et les aliments conviennent à tous les âges. Jus d'orange, jus de pomme, oranges, bananes, pommes, yogourts aux cerises, aux bleuets, nature, fromage Philadelphia, beurre, beurre d'arachides Kraft, confiture, marmelade, œufs sur le plat, saucisses en forme de hamburgers, muffins aux bleuets, pain tranché brun ou blanc, gaufres à cuire soi-même, bar à céréales, café, lait. Les tables sont méticuleusement nettoyées dès le départ des clients, les comptoirs sont régulièrement approvisionnés et le préposé est toujours prêt à aider les clients.

Ça convient pour une nuit rapide. L'offre de déjeuner est bien mais il manque de place assise. La salle à manger était pleine. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. On a dû se servir au buffet et retourner manger dans la chambre. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes et il y a seulement une place assise. Ce n'était pas pratique pour manger.
