Terrible Hotel Experience - Do not STAY here if you value your Safety /Security We arrived at hotel room checked in and proceeded to our assigned room , in hallway we noted another guest exiting our assigned room, and the door wide open to the room assigned to us for our stay !!! Went to desk to have a new room assigned and informed hotel desk, who conformed the cleaning staff may have left room UNLOCKED after cleaning it .. this is 7pm - so how many other people having been using the room? Anyway - we requested another room, hotel was full and could not accommodate this >. OK then, REFUND the room money taken at Check IN, and I will find another Hotel that is safe & secure .. BUT WAIT NO - that could not be done either as I booked room using a EXPEDIA - But Expedia Never took my C/C the hotel did at check in -- so cancel the transaction & refund my C/C BUT WAIT NO - I must contact Expedia and have them contact HOTEL to refund my Money .. Now WHY should I spend MY TIME resolving this ??? I reserved a room, went to my room to find random guest that can enter/exit my room ..HOW SAFE IS THAT ..and then despite the HOTEL taking my Money on C/c moments previously NOW STATING they can NOT refund the money back to me as I Booked using 3RD PARTY VENDOR but the vendor did not take my Money the Hotel did ..so Now I have NO Room, my C/c billed with no refund Anyway I was able to find another hotel thankfully and much better experience there - Dont STAY if you Value Safety !!

Room was not ready even though we came later than the check in time. After waiting about 30 to 40 mins to get the room ready, we got a the key card went upstairs it didn't work. Went back to reception got the key card reprogrammed, went up to room and didn't work again. The cleaning lady let us in seeing how frustrated the experience was. only the the 3rd try work, Unless there is no other option i will not be staying here.
