Our biggest issues were the smell in common areas, beds were not supportive, no gym (it was advertised as having one and all it had was 1 old stationary bike) lack of parking due to multiple trailers. Loud in the night with door slaming. Staff waa kind and understanding. Had to move for the last night. Was close to where we were visiting.

It had everything we needed for a night's stay over in Sackville, and everything worked . They need an elevator---badly ! Especially for Seniors who shouldn't be carrying luggage upstairs.

The upper floor (no elevator) smelled strongly of ethnic food & a mystery odor. I found the beds very uncomfortable and old. The bathroom was not clean especially around the floor area of the tub. The toilet was the older, very low version and the counter closes in the space to sit on the toilet. There were crumbs on the floor by the table on arrival.

Motel is old, not updated, furniture old, chairs upholstery stained, bed uncomfortable, laying in a hollow on the mattress. Room barely clean, you could see dust on the clock radio and the floor could have been cleaner. I only stayed there to research at the church archives next door. Definitely not the Ritz!

Yet when we arrived there was hair in the sink, the toilet did flush properly and there were M&Ms on the floor from a previous guest. Our dogs made zero mess. Plus the beds were really uncomfortable. The whole place was outdated and needs a refresh.

The Coastal Inn is a very average hotel. It's appears clean, the service is ok, the location is ok (near a liquor store can be noisy), breakfast is passable, etc. It could obviously be better in many respects, but it's fine for a short stay. The internet is extremely unstable and not conducive for any work that requires a stable connection.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was very basic to say the least. The rest was pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was clean. The last hotels I had stayed in had beds with hair in them because the sheets had not been changed. I had to get them changed. It was good to sleep in a clean bed.

The staff was really pleasant and welcoming. The continental breakfast was mostly sugary items, so I didn’t have any of it, but I appreciated that the coffee machine offered different strengths. The motel itself was enjoyable, although it was a little noisy at night because many ATV riders were arriving, parking, and making noise. That’s not the staff’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind, as the motel is located in an area that likely attracts a lot of outdoor enthusiasts

It's clean but dated. The TV didn't work the best. The breakfast room is small and it was full. The breakfast is continental... so we ended up going to a restaurant nearby. The bed was semi comfortable. There must have been an event because it was loud as it was approaching d It did quieted down
