This motel was barely adequate. The room has a Strong disinfectant smell. Furniture is old & cheap. The staff were nice especially the morning person (woman). It's challenging To get into the property because of the location.

The GPS directions for the entrance was off. Had to enter from a side street instead.

Our first room smelt of marijuana and had toilet water all over the floor. so they moved us to another room that smelt of smoke drowning in bleach and chemicals. I asked if we could get a refund because of how bad it was and they said no. Unfortunately. I will never stay again. Non-smoking should be none smoking! Or a refund should be given.

Extremely rude front desk receptionist missing information about checking in dirty is all hell and bed bugs in our room. Received another room that was worse. Smells like a dead rodent. Furniture is broken. The pillows sheets blankets all were stained. Worst hotel stay of my life this place should be out of business.

We got there early and waited at the lobby. Called and the young man at the desk apologized because he was helping housekeeping. Speaks volumes of character. He was also very nice and professional. From the outside this seems like a little motor inn. Just from my the lobby it looks like major changes were happening. When we got to our room. Wow! This was nice! Clean, comfy and modern! Had a nice wonderful nights rest.

Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient to the highway and walking distance to restaurants. Going through some renovations. Our room was recently renovated with a new bathroom and very nice rain shower. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Very nice stay and would stay again.

The location being close to the QEW at Ontario St. makes it inherently noisy. The hotel was under renovations, the room had a new shower and bathroom fixtures. Unfortunately and top hinge of the bathroom door was lose from the frame. The bed was soft and sagging in the middle. The TV remote didn't control volume. Fridge worked well. Some of the lights seem to have a flicker. Bedding and room were clean.

Not a particularly nice area (industrial, highways), but many restaurants nearby. Front desk was friendly, and our room was spacious, large TV, 2 sinks, quiet, and nice shower. Allow dog and not too expensive ($15). Would stay here again.

Worst place in my 72 years on earth - horrible staff - and the place is a thief - took $200 - then claimed to have returned it to my Debit Card. No such thing happened. Now my bank is involved. Horrible place - stay somewhere that has honor & lives up to it’s advertised & that doesn’t make you live through hell!!!!

Plan to stay 2-3 days with family and there 4 years child . but got cut down to 1 day and didn’t feel safe in second day ! Had to report to there police chef this behaviour. Experience Not so good was bullied by Indian worker or owner to leave the next day .when I did nothing wrong just woke up and had a cigarette outside! when I paid for another day in advance .didn’t get refund . Some one told me they do that to a lot of new visitors at this hotel . Lobby was a not welcoming lots of construction and dust . Beware bad experience cheap Not always good but comfortable bed and walking distance to a gas station . Lots of free parking !

Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient to the highway and walking distance to restaurants. Going through some renovations. Our room was recently renovated with a new bathroom and very nice rain shower. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Very nice stay and would stay again.

I came close to midnight, and was greeted with friendliness. The place was under renovation, but still effort was made to be tidy .Easy access off of the QEW.. and fairly quiet. The beds were a little saggy in the middle, but everyone overall was clean and tidy

They are in the middle of renovating. The service was quick and easy. The hard part is access/see/find to the main driveway without going to the back when you get off the highway.

We stayed last minute, due to a death in our family. Place was clean, comfortable and staff was very pleasant. For the price here, compared to others in the area not sure why you would pay $100s more. Close to Port Dalhousie and lots of other walkable food options. Pool looked great, didn’t use as it was pouring rain!

I stayed alone on a Saturday and felt safe enough. I was on the second floor by the metal stairs. It is a motel - so perhaps a bit louder with traffic and general background noise. No coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint.

Not a particularly nice area (industrial, highways), but many restaurants nearby. Front desk was friendly, and our room was spacious, large TV, 2 sinks, quiet, and nice shower. Allow dog and not too expensive ($15). Would stay here again.

The place was very basic. It would’ve been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room, but we were able to walk down the street to a McDonald’s for her coffee. It was clean. It was comfortable and provided us with exactly what we needed.

our room was very clean ,and the air conditioner was on when we got there so Itwas was nice and cool.the staff was awesome with the check in.the parking lot was clean and lot's of space for parking,we will be going back to stay again.

Two story motel, right at the intersection of Ontario Street and the Queensway. I was pleasantly surprised with the large size of newly renovated room, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. Nice bathroom and an effective, quiet air conditioner. Lots of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, within a short walk. I didn't use it, but there is also a small outdoor pool. Great staff. Good value.
