Carlton Landing! Just a short walk to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over the week while our kids attended kanakuk day camp. On the second day, the toilet flooded (we came home to find this) and sewer came up through the shower. The company quickly got a plumbing coming out there, but we did have to clean the shower and bathroom ourselves after which was very unpleasant. It seemed to be a known issue because of how quickly it was resolved. We frequently had to unplug and reset the WiFi during the day due to loss of WiFi while we tried to work. Other than that, the home was clean and fit our family of 4 well!

Although it was very hot and humid during our stay we still loved the front porch swing and the screened in porch. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family of four.

Super clean and comfortable place for small families that is a short walk to all of the amenities of Carlton Landing. The screened in porch is perfect for family dinners.
