Days Inn by Wyndham Terrace

Breakfast provided at White Spot. Walkable to everything downtown. Very strange design withsplit level stairs and unsafe bannisters. Inner city neighborhood.

It’s a decent hotel. It was clean enough, I didn’t notice anything particularly dirty. Very tricky for parking as the stalls are very skinny. The hot water stopped working during our stay which was less than favorable as we had to get ready for a wedding.

No parking for larger trucks

Pros: pleasant helpful staff, good wifi, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very good included breakfast at White Spot (on site), good water pressure Cons: bathroom not stocked-arrived to 1 each bath towel, washcloth, hand towel, no spare roll of toilet paper (almost empty). 2 shampoo bottles in shower, but no body wash in the room at all. Bedside lamps have an outlet, but did not work with charging blocks (too loose). Very few accessible outlets in room to charge electronics. TV cable box would not go off with remote, leaving green screen-had to unplug TV to get it off. (wondered why the tv had been unplugged on arrival) I specifically checked there was an elevator, and there is, but the room we were in still had stairs after getting off the elevator. Front desk person moved us to a room with no stairs to access it. For a one night stay, it was okay, but frustrating to have to deal with these issues after a long day of driving.

Was able to use the trolly in the elevator but when I came out of the elevator tor there were stairs down to my floor. I had to unload the trolley and carry my suitcases to my room at the end of the hallway. I'm a senior .This was inconvenient. No hand rail at front door . High step.

Front desk staff were good. Breakfast was great. Room was ok… large gap under room door, torn drapes, and filthy/calcified shower head. The main item that impacted stay (not sure if it was a municipal thing, or hotel maintenance issue) was the water shut-off for 2-3hrs in the morning… impacted hygeine, etc.

Whitespot restaurant on property ,free breakfast was excellent. Lack of parking for my motorhome pulling a trailer.

Overall all good… only parking is little bit small for long vehicles

Parking is tight but the rest was good. Breakfast was pretty big.

The parking is awful at this hotel. The room had an odd odour, and had a hard time finding a wall plug that worked for charging my phone. There was also no one at the front desk in the morning for checking out.

Bathroom had hair on the floor, hair on the tub, hair and dirty finger prints on the tub surround, hair on the hair dryer holder, soap running down the soap bottles, fake finger nail on the vanity, sounded like the bearing was going out on the fan. The breakfast was good!!

I always stay at your hotel, maybe 15 times a year. Last week I was there for 2 nights, I found 2 empty beer cans under my bed as I was looking for my phone that I dropped. Not very impressed.

Unpleasant smells in hallways and ongoing renovations in parts of the building. Electric sockets in the room didn’t work and the heater was very noisy.

there is a rat in the room. we complain but no action.

So very sad with my stay here and would like to be contacted. To find that the towel rack is falling down the showerhead fell on my son. There was a mouse in our hotel room for two nights that was eating some garbage out of the garbage can during our sleep. There was a dirty fork on the ground next to the bed when we checked in I believe the staff are trying to make this a better place, but unfortunately it needs a lot of work and The customer service was great. However, they can only do so much obviously with the facilities they have.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Never had an issue till this stay. Mentioned my displeasure at check out, asking for a call from management. I did not receive one, so here goes a bad review! The stench when we opened the door, hit us hard! We checked in late and had to leave in a few hours, so felt with it. They must have been aware of the issue, as the window was wide open. A massive amount of hair was behind the bathroom door, I got to enjoy a bath while showering. That room should never be given to a guest.

The carpets are very dirty . Need a good wash .

Property and room were very clean. The staff were excellent. The complementary breakfast at Whitespot was great. Would definatly stay here agan. The only thing I didnt like was the area was a bit noisy but that is not the hotels fault.

Once you get past the smell the staff is extremely friendly. But that was the only positive… The rooms are really old and smelly. None of our outlets worked except for the one in the bathroom and the power bar for the TV. You can hear every door on the floor close not handy while trying to sleep. The rooms definitely have no sound barrier. The elevator sounds like it’s slowly crying for help and is going to break down any day now. The pillows are cut in half and would be better on a couch, they feel like they would be fluffy until you lay on them. Apparently there is a thing as to much fluff. We asked for extra towels and the house keeping would only give them to us after looking in our bathroom. Parking is insane there is hardly any parking in a squishy parking lot. This is just the hotel. The restaurant is a hot mess also. Breakfast the first day went really well then at supper we had reservations made because we were a big group. We all expected to have wait time waiting for food but we sat almost a hour to even have our orders taken. Lots of missing drinks and food items this carried onto breakfast. We got there first thing at 7 am since we needed to be on the road at 7:30. There was not many people in the restaurant and it was another 45+ minute wait. The worst part is the staff in the hotel and restaurant are really friendly and helpful but I definitely will not be going there again. The food once we got it was also yummy!

Clean room nice staff great place free actual breakfast with the room at white spot

Staff was very friendly and helpful when an issue arose. Our tub drain was stuck and their facilities fixed the issue within 10 minutes and very polite. The AC was very noisy and had a high pitched squeal so we unfortunately did not use it. The beds were rock hard and not for us. Noise from the hallways carried into the room, making it difficult to sleep, not to mention our room shaking every time another guest slammed their room door. Parking was horrible. There is next to no parking due to the layout of the lot and is not designed for any vehicle larger than a small car, making it near impossible for trucks to park. The stalls were very narrow so we couldn't even open our truck doors enough to get out. The complimentary breakfast was misleading. We were given a slip of paper upon check-in for the white-spot attached to the hotel which stated you get 2 scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, toast and either a coffee or tea. If you wanted any substitutions, you were charged an additional fee. The waitress was ill-prepared to accept guests at opening time. After 10 minutes waiting, she came over, grabbed our vouchers and left. Came back with the wrong drink order and when our food arrived, never gave us enough utensils for our group of four people. We had to grab them from another table because she left for the kitchen and never came back out for another 10+ minutes.

Its dated but clean. Fair amount of noise from floor above.

Clean, comfy and friendly

The hotel was in a nice location, close to the mall and to the recreation center. Unfortunately the rooms were not up to par for what I’d usually get in a room of this price. There were next to no outlets in the room, there were only 2 that were accessible. In a room that can suit an occupancy of up to 4 people there should be more outlets. The fan in the room sounded rough and in need of servicing. Other than that the hotel was a good stay

Staff were polite.Rooms are smallish.Musty smell.carpet has stains and hotel showing its age.bd seems comfortable.

You can not change tv channels with out pointing the remote to the box behind the tv cabinet unit. Hense standing by the wall right at the tv. This is a Real pain I would highly suggest changing this.

You get what you pay for - the rooms were big, but the cleaning was so-so (lots of dust behind furniture etc), none of the outlets worked properly for charging phones (thus why we were looking behind furniture), and apparently it's "policy" to only provide 2 complimentary breakfasts per day, even when your reservation was for your family of four. The whole reason we decided to go with this hotel was to save money; if we'd been expecting to pay for 2 additional breakfasts per day, we'd have booked somewhere nicer. (Note: the receptionist DID give us extra breakfast coupons, but made sure I knew it was as a favour, and that the policy was for 2 breakfasts per day only - I told her she should let her manager know that policy is not explicit anywhere during the reservation process.) Also, the TV service is very limited and you can't cast from a device to the TV so you're out of luck for streaming video unless you do so on your phone/iPad (not ideal if you want to watch a movie with the kids before bed). It's adequate, as far as lodging goes, but I'd probably stay somewhere else if I needed a hotel in the area in the future.

Staff is horrible , no house keeping , we had to chase the house keepers down just to get fresh towels or to vacuum the room. The desk staff profiling my son as a rowdy drunk because of his height & hair length . He is only 15. The general manager was rude and yelling on the phone when I mentioned to the desk staff how the room was not clean when we checked in . Very unprofessional yelling while I was calm . Charged 200 for sheets after they weren’t keeping up the cleanliness on their end . I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here . Horrible energy from the staff

The front desk manager Steve was amazing. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations and advice.

Service was excellent, complementary breakfast was great room was good but a bit too warm the first night even with the air conditioner on full.

Behaviour of the staff is rude

It was nice having a restaurant in the same building and the free hot breakfast was great. The downside is lots of homeless people hanging out close by and a liquor store attached to the building as well.

Didn’t feel safe at this property. Was told by from desk staff to watch vehicle because of homeless people and druggies around the property.

I slept well and the staff were friendly. I wish I had gone elsewhere for breakfast. When I used the voucher at White Spot they were understaffed, the one waitress confused my order, the selection was very limited and it took an hour to get scrambled eggs that were not hot when they got to me.

Great breakfast.

The room was fine, staff was friendly. My only issue was the continental breakfast didn’t include juice which was 5 dollars for a glass absolutely absurd that it is not included.

The free breakfast choice was limited. I would have preferred the restaurant to open a bit sooner.
