Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay

There was no air conditioning in room . Pool deck was wet and dirty with sand Hot tub had stuff floating in it Neighbours were up banging and slamming doors all night and talking loud Security was called and then front desk said we could be moved to another room , the noisy people should have been moved out not us . Flooring is dirty , worn and not appealing …. This hotel has lowered its standards and appearance for sure

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food and a free shuttle service 😀

The check in staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub area were not cleaned well and they did not monitor the people going in and out either the wrist bands they give you you’re supposed to wear. The slide was also closed when it was supposed to be open so couldn’t use it. The room was alright but no control over heat or air and constant noise like a generator coming on and off coming from the pool. There is also no smart TV just regular so need you’re own Amazon stick to watch anything other then tv. Restaurant and bar were descent with good options. What they didn’t inform me of is that they have shelter program vans dropping people off to stay at the hotel? I was bothered and followed countless times. Some people were nice well others made me uncomfortable and for $170 a night I didn’t expect all of this. Won’t be booking again and would request a refund if possible.

Nice hotel and location but worn out. Needs remodeling bad.

Sink was not draining, toilet kept on flushing randomly.
