Clean room, great staff, great breakfast

Breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable, and we were able to do laundry!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working there was so nice and very helpful.

The carpet was all torn up and stained. The bathroom floor was sticky and not cleaned. There was leftover soap remnants in the shower, and a ring around the tub. So we did not shower or bathe. And the shower curtain rod was rusted and dirty. The vending machines on the 3rd floor were out of order too. The included breakfast was very unappealing. Sausages were cold and dry. The eggs were wet and sloppy. We could go on an on. Suffice to say we were very surprised as we usually stay here once or twice a year and have not had a room like this until now. I think renovations must be needed, at the very least.
