Ended up having to book another hotel, this one was terrible. Dirty. Windows boarded up. When checking out the desk staff laughed and said this happens all the time.

Room was not cleaned during our two night stay. Boiled eggs for breakfast were runny. Yogurt ran out and was not replenished (this was early in the morning). Garbage cans were overflowing in kitchen - had to put garbage on the ground next to bin. Ice machine broken.

The first room that I was given had no towels, and one of the lamps in the room was not working. I was switched to another where the lamps only worked for a while. Although the parking lot was somewhat ploughed of snow; it was not salted. There were sheets of ice everywhere - not safe! The main doors are not accessible for persons with disabilities. It would be nice to have button operated doors.

If you get a room in the main floor you will like it because you can park your car 🚘 for free in front of your back door. Staff was very helpful and friendly 👍

It was a nice quiet safe area they did not have an ice machine that was functioning on property , the plumbing wasnt working we told staff but nothing was done . Litterally had to pour water in toilet for it to flush. Not cool The room was aging in style and dirty carpets were on floor was gross

The building is so old, the carpet in the room was disgusting and so stained, would not walk in this room without shoes. All the amenities are old and honestly so expensive given the state of this ‘hotel’ but that seems to be the norm for traveling in Ontario. There were no other moderately affordable options, but wouldn’t book here again unless absolutely necessary.

The room appeared clean, but the bathroom had mold spots on the ceiling, streaks on the bathroom door and what appeared to be a dried booger on the wall by the mirror. The water was nice and hot but the shower head leaked. The exhast fan didnt work very well either. The room was old and the heater was noisy on high. Plus, it had snowed a few days prior and the walkways had not been cleared. Disappointed, will not stay there next time

Good for a one night stay. Everything was good, beds were comfortable and place was clean. It needs updating. The breakfast was weak, bagels, cereal coffee, etc. But enough to get me going. If you are looking for a quick night or two this should work.

Booked a room for an out of town wedding. We found the last guests drinks in the fridge. Pillows felt like cotton calls in a pillow case, I woke up at 4 am and my neck hurt so bad I couldn’t stay lying down anymore. Carpets were so stained, it just felt dirty. Whole building had a strange odour, and the sheets smelled super musty. Requested a court, but they do not have them here. Bed itself was comfortable, check in was early and friendly service, and my kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The whole place stunk like old cigarette smoke. The units were falling apart. I had to switch rooms because of how bad the smell was. There was carpet in the first room, brown substance dripping down the walls, I booked for 4 people and there was only 2 towels and everything was unplugged. The common areas did not look like it was ever cleaned. They bedding didn’t smell fresh. There were only 3 pillows per bed. I felt itchy here and would never stay there again or any other Travelodge. And it seemed like people live there and were right outside my room smoking weed and chatting outside. My 2 kids were not happy with this rundown place either.

The room we had only had one plug you could use and it wasn't beside the bed. As someone who uses a cpap machine having a plug beside the bed is a must. There was a plug behind the table but had no cover on it and my plug wouldn't stay in.... very dangerous to begin with. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room, recently renovated. The bathtub was clogged ,so when having a shower it would fill up, the thermostat display was broken so we couldn't see the temperature settings, the image on the TV didn't fill the screen, otherwise it was fine and we would would return.

The property was clean enough but everything was very worn. There was no roller for the toilet paper, chipped paint and torn wallpaper, a burn mark on the toilet seat, etc. The price was high in my opinion for the condition of the property. I would not stay there again.

So my boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, even though the staff was extremely friendly the room we stayed in was not satisfactory. When i checked in i was planning to have a shower and get ready as i had an event. Unfortunately my shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Then there was a crack in the ceiling and whenever someone flushed the ceiling would leak. As for the room only issue was that the AC unit only gave out cold air so we were cold all night and the lamps didn’t work but bed wasn’t bad (king bed).

I get the place is old. But come on - give the room a paint job. There were badly drywalled holes, paint chips out of the walls, air conditioner unit - rusty, inside of the drawers could have used a simple shelf paper. The drab brown curtains were hung with a rope or something. Buy a curtain rod. Here's an idea. Add a picture to the room to warm it up. Not one picture? Barely an outlet to charge your phone. TV was super small, 8 channels and everyone of them had snow on it and the sound was awful. Only good thing I can say, is the pillows were nice and the bed covers were soft and the room was sound proof and water pressure was good. But it was pretty drab. Two stars at best. Sorry.

We called from desk several times both at night ahd early morning. No reply anytime. The staff check in was not friendly. The beds were horrible and need of change. Hotel could use tenovations! The room staff was very friendly and polite! Only nice thing to say. Didn’t bother with breakfast

The ladies at the front desk were amazing. We were on 40 hrs of no sleep with time changes and the lady at check in was very quick and made everything so easy to understand.

Good for a one night stay. Everything was good, beds were comfortable and place was clean. It needs updating. The breakfast was weak, bagels, cereal coffee, etc. But enough to get me going. If you are looking for a quick night or two this should work.

The walls are pretty soundproof here. Good breakfast selection and seating area but understaffed so food was not refilled in a timely manner. A common area was booked by a group but no sign indicated that was the case so had an unnecessary argument with other guests. Rooms need more electrical outlets. Safe and clean.

The breakfast was awful. The bread was very stale and unfortunately the cake was moldy. It was a very bad experience.

Rooms were clean but very poor upkeep. Ceiling was peeling off, walls were peeling and patched. Breakfast was not good. Muffins were moldy.

Very basic hotel. Sheets are soft and beds comfortable but otherwise a very basic hotel. Perfect place if all you need is a room to sleep and shower. Breakfast is very minimal and it’s self serve. People were putting their hands in the bread bags. This is not sanitary. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

My room was really tired and needed major redecorating. One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It looked like a group of children painted the room. Breakfast was darn sad to say the least.

Rooms are definitely outdated. Some "repairs" have been done, but not by professionals. Plaster and paint everywhere. Definitely more of a run down motel feel. There are residents living there and clearly smoke in their rooms which can be smelled in the hallways. Spot cleaning may be done between stays but not proper cleaning. Found food crumbs between the bed and night stand. Stains in the shower stall. The laundry/cleaning room door is left open at all times and is not even clean. Laundry piled up everywhere, and staff were dragging the sheets on the floor to the rooms to change the bed. Sliding doors to go to the parking lot are dirty, old and hard to open. The outside space at the back is not maintained, and the fences are broken and falling over. One of the kids found a knife while playing, major safety concern. At night time there were a group of people, seemingly to be unhoused, doing drugs and using the space - another person staying there came to warn us about that, to make sure our kids were safe. Overpriced for the quality of hotel. Would not stay here again, or recommend.
