Likes- comfortable king bed (2 twins put together), kind staff, good shower pressure, airport shuttle, geocery and bus stop 8 min walk. Dislikes- no self service laundry as listed on expedia, first room had broken air conditioner and mosquitoes (we think were coming in from the air conditioner) and my daughter had about 20 bug bites on face and body when we woke up at 3am hot. The staff was kind and moved us to a new room. sofa bed is too hard to sleep on but the staff brought a rollaway bed that was a bit better.

Great place! Great people, great room, great food. The hotel/restaurant is run by a Greek family, and I loved the "Antique Greek" look they'd gone for all over the place. Some might think it would be over the top, I thought it was awesome. The hotel was also very recently refurbished (or built?), and everything was clean and in good shape. Comfortable bed, smart tv in the room. Plenty of parking right outside. And great Greek food in the restaurant!

Staff were excellent and the hotel provided us with a comfortable stopover en route to a further destination. We appreciated the airport shuttle and the fine quiet dining room in the hotel.

Der Shuttle Service funktionierte auch nach Mitternacht tadellos - das war wirklich super. Die Badewanne war leider beschädigt und hatte dadurch rotbraune Flecken. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber! Es ist auch ziemlich hellhörig. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht als Zweibettzimmer hergerichtet obwohl ich ein solches gebucht hatte und noch einen Reminder geschickt hatte. Dafür finde ich den Preis dann insgesamt zu hoch.

This was an excellent hotel. Staff were helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was on Expedia it’s advertised as having laundry facilities, but it does not. Nor are there any laundromats nearby. ( only drop off/ pick up laundry, but that isn’t close)

Beds were comfortable, room was clean - the restaurant attached has amazing food - so unexpected - we ordered the chicken satay and the beef skewers and fried mushrooms- portions were huge and the flavors were amazing! Definitely would stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, 3 nuits Chambre salle à l’arrivée . Bouteille d’eau vide sous le lit poussière sur tous les meubles qui n’a visiblement pas été fait depuis un bon moment Avions qui passent toutes les trois minutes, environ . beaucoup de bruit Vraiment pas À la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles Nous trouvons beaucoup mieux avec moins d’étoiles et surtout moins cher À Déconseiller

Hotellet var prisvenligt. Vi havde to værelser, 3 voksne og 1 barn. Værelserne havde en del mangler. 1. Meget støvet værelser, der var kun gjordt klargøring. Støv klumper over sengekanten og under sengene. Da vi ordnet sengetøj blev hele værelset støvet. 2. Ingen køleskab. 3. Ingen udluftning i badeværelserne. 4. Ingen myggenet, vi blev spist af myg. Man er nød til at åbne vinduet og værelse døren for at lufte værelset ud efter bad. Der er en lufthavn i nærheden og fly flyver meget lavt hele tiden, men vi hørte næsten ingenting om natten når vinduet er lukket. Cafeen og restauranten er hyggelig, men dyr. Vi kørte i egen bil, og parkering er gratis på hotellet, der er god plads. Men der er ca 25 km til centrum. Det tager 50 til 60 min at køre ind til centrum så det var lidt længere transporttid end vi havde regnet med og læste i beskrivelsen. Offentlig transport tager 1 time og 30 min. Uber køre fra Dam square til hotellet til 50 euro. Opholdet var ellers fredfyldt med meget venlig rengøringspersonale.
Hotellet var prisvenligt. Vi havde to værelser, 3 voksne og 1 barn. Værelserne havde en del mangler. 1. Meget støvet værelser, der var kun gjordt klargøring. Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel. Eine wunderschöne Lage mit sehr hübschen Zimmern. Leider wurde ein Minikühlschrank angegeben, der nicht eingebaut war. Das wäre schon noch schön gewesen. Das Fenster hatte einen Riss und bei Starkregen ist Wasser rein gelaufen. Der Fluglärm ist vorallem morgens sehr störend. Kommt aber immer auf die Windrichtung an und kann auch mal weniger zu hören sein. Schallgedämmte Fenster wären sehr schön. Mit ein paar Änderungen, ein wunderschönes und unvergesslicher Urlaub.

Erg gedateerd. Bed niet erg comfortabel, zakt er helemaal in weg. Douche ok. Wat modernisering en een goede opknapbeurt zou het hotel goed doen!

The spot was good if you needed something close to the airport, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Great for kids as there is an indoor playground behind. The only downside which is minor is no fridge, we had medicine which needed to be refrigerated, they were able to put it in the fridge in the kitchen.

Med det første har vi kjørt langt og nesten nonstop fra Norge til Nederland. Vi kommer til hotellet så forteller resepsjonisten at det ikke er privat parkering for gjester og kan ikke reserveres. Selvom vi har sendt epost på forånd og der sier de det er gratis parkering for gjester foran hotellet men tydligvis var ikke dette riktig. Vi finner endelig en ledig parkering. Vi kom til veldig lite imøtekommende resepsjonist ved ankomst. Istedenfor for å hjelpe oss og evt fikse problemet. Så krangler hun med deres gjester, lager unnskyldninger og lyver angående om nesten alt. For eksempel sier hun parkeringen foran er det bare til arbeidere men der står flere gjester parkert med tysk skilt. Mens vi blir sjekket inn så svarer hun på telefonen, snakker med andre kunder og kollegaer. Dermed fikk vi ikke rommet vårt med en gang. Da vi kom til rommene våres var det stor forskjell på våres rom selvom vi har bestilt samme rom. Det står at det skal være minikjøleskap men det var det ikke (på begge rommene). Parketene ser slitt ut og mangler en del som bildene dere viser på nettet. Rommene trenger renovering og mangler en del utstyr som egentlig har blitt reklamert. For en gang skyld hadde vi tenkt å unde oss med en av de dyreste rommene på en 4 stjernes hotell også opplever vi dette. Vi har hatt bedre service/opphold på en 2 og 3 stjerners hotell!

Da vi kom til rommene våres var det stor forskjell på våres rom selvom vi har bestilt samme rom. Det står at det skal være minikjøleskap men det var det ikke (på begge rommene). Parketene ser slitt ut og mangler en del som bildene dere viser på nettet. Rommene trenger renovering og mangler en del utstyr som egentlig har blitt reklamert. For en gang skyld hadde vi tenkt å unde oss med en av de dyreste rommene på en 4 stjernes hotell også opplever vi dette. Vi har hatt bedre service/opphold på en 2 og 3 stjerners hotell!

The front desk lady was very condescending and not pleasant. Room was sweltering…unable to adjust the temp. Left the windows open and got blasted by plane traffic. Skip breakfast…21 Euros for cold eggs, undercooked bacon and no gluten free options. The only positive was the restaurant service, staff, and food. Excellent!

The spot was good if you needed something close to the airport, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Great for kids as there is an indoor playground behind. The only downside which is minor is no fridge, we had medicine which needed to be refrigerated, they were able to put it in the fridge in the kitchen.

Hotellet var prisvenligt. Vi havde to værelser, 3 voksne og 1 barn. Værelserne havde en del mangler. 1. Meget støvet værelser, der var kun gjordt klargøring. Støv klumper over sengekanten og under sengene. Da vi ordnet sengetøj blev hele værelset støvet. 2. Ingen køleskab. 3. Ingen udluftning i badeværelserne. 4. Ingen myggenet, vi blev spist af myg. Man er nød til at åbne vinduet og værelse døren for at lufte værelset ud efter bad. Der er en lufthavn i nærheden og fly flyver meget lavt hele tiden, men vi hørte næsten ingenting om natten når vinduet er lukket. Cafeen og restauranten er hyggelig, men dyr. Vi kørte i egen bil, og parkering er gratis på hotellet, der er god plads. Men der er ca 25 km til centrum. Det tager 50 til 60 min at køre ind til centrum så det var lidt længere transporttid end vi havde regnet med og læste i beskrivelsen. Offentlig transport tager 1 time og 30 min. Uber køre fra Dam square til hotellet til 50 euro. Opholdet var ellers fredfyldt med meget venlig rengøringspersonale.
Hotellet var prisvenligt. Vi havde to værelser, 3 voksne og 1 barn. Værelserne havde en del mangler. 1. Meget støvet værelser, der var kun gjordt klargøring. Støv klumper over sengekanten og under sengene. Da vi ordnet sengetøj blev hele værelset støvet. 2. Ingen køleskab. 3. Ingen udluftning i badeværelserne. 4. Ingen myggenet, vi blev spist af myg. Man er nød til at åbne vinduet og værelse døren for at lufte værelset ud efter bad. Der er en lufthavn i nærheden og fly flyver meget lavt hele tiden, men vi hørte næsten ingenting om natten når vinduet er lukket. Cafeen og restauranten er hyggelig, men dyr. Vi kørte i egen bil, og parkering er gratis på hotellet, der er god plads. Men der er ca 25 km til centrum. Det tager 50 til 60 min at køre ind til centrum så det var lidt længere transporttid end vi havde regnet med og læste i beskrivelsen. Offentlig transport tager 1 time og 30 min. Beds were comfortable, room was clean - the restaurant attached has amazing food - so unexpected - we ordered the chicken satay and the beef skewers and fried mushrooms- portions were huge and the flavors were amazing! Definitely would stay there again.

Great place! Great people, great room, great food. The hotel/restaurant is run by a Greek family, and I loved the "Antique Greek" look they'd gone for all over the place. Some might think it would be over the top, I thought it was awesome. The hotel was also very recently refurbished (or built?), and everything was clean and in good shape. Comfortable bed, smart tv in the room. Plenty of parking right outside. And great Greek food in the restaurant!

My red flag is that they should have breakfast included with the price and not as an extra. But also there were fruit flies flying around the bread but whatever there are starving children that would be grateful otherwise. I’m a simple customer and I make the best out all my experiences. The neighborhood around is beautiful. It’s convenient that the location is midpoint between Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach. The shower was good and I slept like a newborn. Staff were sweethearts though. My only thing is that for a family of four with two kids, expect to pay 45 euro extra, that’s two buffets and two continental breakfasts. Also don’t use the toilet downstairs if you have to go number 2, it’s clogged. I would stay again if the price is right and breakfast is actually included and not extra.
