Nice property, isolated from any town. Quiet, pretty. They tend to play music—sometimes loudly—at the pools and restaurants, so be forewarned if you are someone who prefers quiet. Staff are super nice and helpful; extremely welcoming.

The pool is gorgeous, and the restaurants were very good even for breakfast end in room dining. It would be nice to have all the taxes included for any itemized menu items. The housekeeping staff were not as meticulous as another locations. When it charged extra for additional member, the policy of not providing a rollaway bed did not make sense.

We stayed for three nights during this time. Although we requested towels, they never arrived. Our room service was two hours late, which made us think they might have forgotten. I wouldn't return, as I'm unsure if this level of service is typical for Puerto Rico; other islands seem to offer better service. Perhaps at this price point, such service isn't expected, but I would assume it is.

The resort is beautiful. We could walk out from our room right onto the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas available. Pool is gorgeous. Very beautifully landscaped. Open air lobby and bar area very tropical. Clean room, excellent restaurants on property. Would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff. Modern amenities and decor. I wish the beds were more comfortable, but after days in the sun, sleep is not a problem. Great location near lots of attractions and activities. Best of all, not one person harrassed me to buy anything! For that, alone, I'll return.
