Disgustingly dirty. The tub floor was black. Mold, dead bugs, hair on the floor. Sheets stained, blanket crusty. Just disgusting.

Old hotel and installations that need lot of love and mostly, a GOOD cleaning

This place is very dirty - not only my room, but the adjacent hallway was also very dirty. Although I was given a non-smoking room, the hallway smelled like a smoking lounge. There were also obvious code violations here as well - for instance there were electric boxes in my room without cover plates. Also my room was in a dead end corridor with no means of egress in the event of a fire. I would never stay here again.

First off, let me say that we checked in at 2am after an 8hr drive so these issues were not noticed until the next morning or we would NOT have even stayed in the room.. Here is a list of what we found... Toilet was DIRTY. Mirrors and pictures had dirt CAKED ON them. One chair was broken at the seat. The other was stained. One of the beds had dog hair on the blankets. There were dead bugs and flies all over the room. There were cobwebs in the corners. The door handle was basically falling off. (The room next door on the outside had written in sharpie. "Pull up on handle if it doesnt unlock." ) And finally... there were scummy white-ish hand prints on the headboard in a manner consistent with someone having a REALLY good time at some point before our stay.

Room floor was dirty cobwebs in ceiling over heater vent bath towel had a black stain in it.

The property was a good location to the Fair Grounds which was why I chose it. The property was very dirty and in need of repairs. Staff was friendly.

First of all there was a USED DIRTY WET bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It gets better though, after carrying our stuff up 2 flights of steps to our room, we decided to go out and grab something for dinner. When we walked out of the room and tried the door behind us to make sure it was closed and locked only to find out if you gave the door a good push while holding the door knob down the door pops right open. I REFUSED to stay in a room for 2 night for what I had just paid. I went down to the front desk and the girl was VERY nice and apologetic and asked me to please come back in the morning and say how unacceptable this was. She was looking for a different room to put me in and in the meantime a gentleman that she referred to as “Roger” (not sure if he was the manager or owner or what) and explained the situation. He honestly did not believe me until I showed him the proof of the door in a video I had taken with my phone. The only thing he offered to do was move me rooms. Never offered any money back for the inconvenience or anything. We have been going to Carlisle for 5 years now for Truck Nationals and I can guarantee you I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again. I will pay the extra money to have a decent place to stay. The beds are ABSOLUTELY horrible and the pillows were a disgrace as well. The blanket on the bed consisted of a sheet, no comforter, just a sheet.

I was a little disappointed, our first night the room was not cleaned, beds were not even made bathroom was not cleaned and laundry was not done. No fresh towels soap or shampoo

It was a convenient location. The sheets were dirty. We did not bother to contact staff, we needed to sleep and sleep on towels. The shower was dirty. The pillows were almost flat.

The room itself was appropriate for it's purpose but it was facing a busy roadway with many trucks passing by ,some using engine brakes.I had to use ear protectors to try and sleepThe breakfast room is not the Hampton. Inn but there was enough with the basics itemsThe staff was friendly and helpful..In summary it was a good experience

We were in for the weekend for a concert at Hershey and booked two rooms here because the price was excellent for two nights. We did not know what to expect at that rate and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the girl at the front desk. She was quick and efficient and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean and modern. The location is just 25 minutes from Hershey and many other attractions with a fantastic diner right down the road. All in all we had a fantastic visit and will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

I liked the room. Clean. The shower was nice & hot. Tv had lots of channels. One complaint: The bed was super hard. The free breakfast was really good. I Evan had seconds. Other than the bed, I really enjoyed it there.

A number of items in the room didn’t work properly. The faucet on the sink didn’t allow you to control hot and cold. The refrig was frozen. The tv had a terrible picture quality and Direct tv channels aren’t easy to get to.

Didn’t like the staff barging into the room before my checkout time. Minimal privacy

Check-in was a hassle. Guy spelled my name wrong so acted like i didn’t have reservation. Orbitz confirmation number “means nothing.” Counter staff was rude. Maintenance guy was good, but we had to call him twice for bathroom issues.

This hotel is so run down and not maintained. The check was very busy and every person including myself had to come back to the lobby at least twice to get their room keys to work correctly. it made for a very long check in process. Some of the photos below show how the property owners ignore regular maintenance and how run down the building is. The sheets had stains on them the main door to the room when closed has a one inch gap at the top. The bathroom door would close it hit the floor. their were cigarette burns on the sink and tub.The room had a musty smell, the floor was dirty in the room. The out side railings from the lobby to the parking lot are rusted out on the bottom and falling apart. I could go on and on. Bottom line i didn't feel safe staying at this hotel. For the $156 charge for one night they should have paid me to stay there. Never again.

Got a room 139, the battery of the door lock was dead so we couldn’t get in. Got room 152 - the battery worked but the lock inside was put on so we again couldn’t get in. Finally got room 123 right by the lobby. The front desk agent John who also does maintenance and housekeeping was very nice. The property is old and needs a flip or a facelift. The room was somewhat clean but not spotless. The bathroom had either broken and outdated details or was dirty - one of the nastiest toilets i’ve ever seen. The beds were comfortable but the sheets, pillows and towels are garbage. The owner of this joint should spend a night at that room and place a review.

It’s a place to stay. Good rate for a Carlisle event. Room was clean but smelt musty. Breakfast was not great but ok

Room was clean. Breakfast was fast and kept stocked. Toilet looked like it wasn't cleaned. Overall good value.

Elva at the front desk was wonderful and very kind. She went above and beyond to make our stay good. She also helped a friend of ours with the same kindness. Also the young man in the breakfast room was great, but I don't know his name. We will stay there again in the future.

Well where do I begin? For $185/nite this is what you get: Found old tennis shoes and socks in dresser drawer. Used soap bar left in shower. No room cleaning service, just towels. Room smelled and was not clean. Coffee was bad beyond bad and poor selection of food. Hotel staff wore shorts, work boots, T shirt and ball cap and was totally out of it, not happy with his job.
