Waited for an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. There were bed bugs but the staff was very helpful by taking off the late check out charge.

Arrived at the hotel, they Price gouge you with charging you to Park when it’s located in a suburban area. I see if this is in New York City or downtown DC this would be acceptable but where it’s located there are other comparable hotels that do not charge parking in the area which immediately put a sour taste in my mouth. Should’ve stayed at a hotel that had transparency with fees. That evening, I called the front desk asking about hotel transport to the airport and was told they would transport every half an hour on the hour. I arrived, packed and ready to go in the shuttle earlier than at the Time on the hour and was told the shuttle already left and I was pressed for time. I would say the management needs to improve… the place seems to have a lot of potential but simple key things need to be changed

Lock your credit card as soon as you check in. A mysterious charge appeared on my card shortly after checking in. This card was only used at the hotel during my stay. I had tho change rooms 3 different times.i will not be returning to this property.
