Staff at check-in (Sheree) was very helpful. The property was well maintained, our room was clean and spacious and everything we needed was there. breakfast was very good, the serving area was clean and everything was very organized. The staff at checkout was very polite and helpful as well.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved my room. In fact I really loved most everything about my stay except the fact that there is only one elevator that works in the entire building and I was on the sixth floor. Plus, they had put lotion instead of shampoo in the shower. It’s an older building, but very safe and still nice.

We had a suite for our family. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and check in- the suite we had came with stove. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge. If you planned to stay with a family and wanted to make food it was very easy too

After we checked in we went out so we did not realize how dirty the room was until much later that evening. There were a few things I noticed out the gate but decided not to complain as I do realize things get missed. However that evening once I took a shower I began to notice how filthy the room actually was. There was brown residue caked onto the door handle of the bathroom door, the ledge in the shower had not been wiped down in quite some time as it was apparent that the previous guest had set their razor down and the remnants from their razor were still present on the shelf, there was a pink ring of mold in the sink as it had been neglected for some time, the light switches had built up crust on multiple light switch covers, and when we pulled the cushions off of the couch to use the pull out, the amount of debris under the cushions was unbelievable. I took pictures of everything I had found up to that point and took them to the front desk. I requested that they provide me with a new room, but they did not have one available. They made sure to clean another room for me first the next day. That room was very clean, however I’m sure they made a point to clean it extra since I had already complained. Otherwise I don’t think that room would have been as tidy. The did refund my pet deposit, but it seemed like a bandaid to appease me. If I hadn’t already prepaid for the room, I would have checked out that first night. Staff was overall nice but would not go back.

I ended up catching Covid on this trip and asked to be able to stay in the room until we had to leave for the airport at 2pm. They said they had every room booked for that night so we could stay until 1230pm instead of 1130am. That was a huge help having the extra hour with no charge. We appreciated it. My only complaint with our two bedroom suite was that they had double doors leading into each bedroom and there was a gap in between both doors so not a ton of privacy. My husband felt that the breakfast was just mediocre.
